高考英語活動(dòng)安排類書面表達(dá)題導(dǎo)寫

一、文體概述

活動(dòng)安排的寫作多用于日常生活中的通知、告示等應(yīng)用文的文體中，一般要求考生就題目所提供的要求和要點(diǎn)，寫出活動(dòng)的目的、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、具體內(nèi)容等。這類型的寫作通常都是使用一般將來時(shí)態(tài)。用語方面，如果寫的是通知告示的安排，文字要用相對(duì)正式的用語；若是邀請(qǐng)函，語氣要做到禮貌客氣，懇切真誠。

二、必備短語

1. on behalf of…代表……    

2. warmly welcome熱烈歡迎   

3. tell you our arrangement /what we have arranged for you告訴您我們?yōu)槟�所做的安�?nbsp;

4. meet sb. 接見某人   

5. show sb. around…帶某人參觀……  

6. visit/pay a visit to some place 參觀/拜訪某地  

7. enrich students’ after-class life 豐富學(xué)生的課外生活   

8. arouse the interest of … 激發(fā)……興趣   

9. try one’s utmost to do sth. 竭盡某人的所能做某事 

10. outdoor activity戶外活動(dòng)  

11. make comment on sth.對(duì)某事作出評(píng)論 

12. present the prize頒獎(jiǎng)

三、套用句式

1. On behalf of our school, I warmly welcome your visit. 代表學(xué)校，我熱烈地歡迎您的到訪。

2. As Chairman of the Students Union, I am pleased to tell you our arrangement /what we have arranged for you.作為學(xué)生會(huì)主席，我很高興能給您介紹我們?yōu)槟�所做的安排�?nbsp;

3. We are going to meet you at the airport at 10 a.m. the day after tomorrow. 我們打算在后天上午十點(diǎn)在機(jī)場接您。

(下列范文中共有10處錯(cuò)誤，每句最多兩處，請(qǐng)改正)

A group of British students are coming to our school in next week. Here are the arrangements for them by details. At 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the principal as well as the English teachers, are going to attend the welcoming ceremony and then showing the visitors around the school. 

In the afternoon, the visitors are suppose to go to have an English class with the students of Class One, Senior One. After that, there will be an English corner, in which the English lovers are encouraged take part. 

On Wednesday morning, a basketball match between the British team or our school team would be held on the playground. Final, everyone can come to enjoy the performances at the auditorium at 7:30 p.m. to be given by student from both countries.

習(xí)作修改

1. 去掉in  在next week前不需要用介詞。

2. details → detail  因in detail是固定搭配，意思是“詳細(xì)地”。

3. are → is  因主語是the principal，故謂語動(dòng)詞用單數(shù)。

4. showing → show  本句的中有連詞and，因此要用謂語動(dòng)詞而不是非謂語動(dòng)詞。

5. suppose →supposed  因be supposed to do sth.是固定搭配，意思是“應(yīng)該做某事”。

6. 在encouraged與take之間加to  由encourage sb. to do sth.句型可知。

7. or →and 因between…and…是固定搭配，意思是“在……和……之間”。

8. would → will 此處講述的是將來的安排，故用一般將來時(shí)而不是過去將來時(shí)。

9. Final → Finally 放在句首作狀語用副詞。

10. student →students  指兩國的學(xué)生，因此student要用復(fù)數(shù)形式。

The competition is supposed to last about one and a half hours, during which a short English play will be put on by students from the School Drama Organization, so that the audience as well as the contestants can relax themselves from the fierce competition for a little while.
