藝術(shù)傳媒競聘演講稿

莫斯科大學(xué)藝術(shù)系藝術(shù)學(xué)201*屆碩士研究生

各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位評委：

大家好！我叫呂楠，今年28歲，莫斯科大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)碩士研究生畢業(yè)，來自香港攝影報。非常的高興和感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及評委給予我這次珍貴的機會，今天能站在這座講臺上參加貴臺的招聘演講，對我來說，一直是心中的夢想。

當(dāng)我還是在學(xué)生時代的時候，為了理想和感知世界，我選擇了留學(xué)。自從201*年留學(xué)至今，已有近十年的海外學(xué)習(xí)生活，先后在俄國與美國完成了本科至研究生階段的學(xué)習(xí)，在藝術(shù)學(xué)研究生學(xué)界中取得了優(yōu)異的成績，多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文在大學(xué)里發(fā)表，同時任藝術(shù)系研究生會的代表并多次成功組織接待了國內(nèi)高校的學(xué)習(xí)訪問，贏得了院方的表獎，同時也是莫斯科大學(xué)藝術(shù)系第一位中國籍碩士研究生學(xué)位的獲得者。在這十年的國外學(xué)習(xí)與生活中，我努力著建立和完善自己的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀，受到了西方文化的熏陶與感染，充實了自己的學(xué)識，開闊了視野并培養(yǎng)了自己不同的藝術(shù)審美觀。

我涉獵新聞傳媒工作是在201*年，在一次偶然的機會我接觸到新聞傳媒行業(yè)并幸運的加入了香港攝影報社，做了一名記者，從事美術(shù)攝影采編工作，到現(xiàn)在也有了6年的傳媒工作時間了。在這段期間，通過不斷地學(xué)習(xí)和實踐，自已的理論水平、業(yè)務(wù)技能得到了不斷的提高，積極、主動地開展工作，勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，結(jié)合自己在藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域的知識

以及在海外的見解敢于創(chuàng)新，并從參加的各項省市文化藝術(shù)活動中，積累了相關(guān)的傳媒經(jīng)驗和編導(dǎo)組織能力。在這每一個過程中都蘊含了行里領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事對我的支持和幫助，同時也傾注了自己辛勤的汗水。

可能各位評委會有所疑問：學(xué)習(xí)古典藝術(shù)，怎么能和新聞傳媒工作有著關(guān)聯(lián)呢？關(guān)于這一點，我個人認(rèn)為：新聞傳媒與文化藝術(shù)有著十分微妙的關(guān)系，它們兩者之間以人們的生活做為紐帶，彼此共同起著推動精神文明建設(shè)的重任，相互形成了分形共氣的聯(lián)系。文化藝術(shù)來自平凡的生活，從與時俱進(jìn)的角度來說，文化藝術(shù)方面的活動更是新聞媒體萬盛的源泉，新聞的即時性、隨機性以人民的文化生活為土壤才得以創(chuàng)造性的飛躍。藝術(shù)來源于生活，傳媒則服務(wù)于生活。

在來演講之前，我曾對央視、鳳凰衛(wèi)視和美國cnn有線電視新聞網(wǎng)的成功之道做過一些了解和分析：

長期以來，央視作為中國的媒介之王，其信息資源的獨占性無可匹敵，頻道全天24小時播出，同時不遺余力的塑造具有影響力的精品欄目和名牌主持人，在廣告經(jīng)營方面不斷更新廣告的招標(biāo)政策，并且借助在政治上的獨具優(yōu)勢影響著中國文化的發(fā)展，對推動中國文化及信息傳媒事業(yè)中作出了山河眾川的巨大貢獻(xiàn)。

鳳凰衛(wèi)視能取得今天的成就，是因為在其新聞報道理念、主持人包裝、運作模式的方面的獨到之處，很好的迎合了當(dāng)今大眾的收視心理和履行了當(dāng)今時代所賦予媒體的職責(zé)。地處經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)、信息多元、文化交匯的國際化都市香港特區(qū)，借助無法比擬的地緣優(yōu)勢，敢于嘗

試和勇于探索的進(jìn)取精神，使得只有十年發(fā)展歷史的新興媒體在全國媒介占有了不可動搖的一席之地。
