2、和幼兒相處的能力：尊重、理解、信任幼兒，善于發(fā)揮幼兒的積極性、創(chuàng)造性，熱情活潑，能歌善舞，深受幼兒的喜愛和尊敬。

3、教育藝術(shù)：以細致的觀察，敏銳的感受，準確的判斷和豐富的經(jīng)驗為基礎(chǔ)，靈活地運用教育的方法、技巧進行新穎、獨特、有效的教育。

4、業(yè)務(wù)知識：掌握幼兒教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)的理論，能在實踐中靈活地運用。有廣闊的知識視野、較強的表達能力、豐富的工作經(jīng)驗、熟練的工作能力。

5、工作能力：能熟練地引導(dǎo)幼兒開展活動，活動有計劃、有條理。

9、總結(jié)、表達能力：有較強的口述和筆述技巧，能有效地向同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出建議，對孩子講話時能使用富有哲理且生動形象的語言，內(nèi)容豐富，有吸引力。

10、理論學(xué)習(xí)和研究能力：刻苦鉆研、不斷學(xué)習(xí)，有較強的理論學(xué)習(xí)和研究能力，努力進取，認真研究，能寫出較高水平的論文。
