在我的理解當(dāng)中，一名稱職的教師，并不單單是學(xué)生眼中看到的好老師或者是口中的老師真好。一名稱職的教師應(yīng)該努力處好四個(gè)方面的關(guān)系，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事、家長(zhǎng)與學(xué)生。時(shí)時(shí)刻刻跟隨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確方向，與同事之間和諧相處、共同進(jìn)步，家長(zhǎng)們對(duì)你的肯定，學(xué)生各個(gè)方面的進(jìn)步，四方面的和諧是我這兩年努力地方向，可能也是我以后的二十年甚至更多年教師生涯努力地目標(biāo)，我想未來的我，會(huì)是一個(gè)不斷發(fā)展的我，積極努力地我。
