附加條款：

1.如委托方確信MTVa頻道中任何節(jié)目的片段的播出可能或是將會(huì)侵害他人權(quán)益，可以臨時(shí)撤消該節(jié)目或是通知被委托方采取措施，防止這類節(jié)目的轉(zhuǎn)播。

2.委托方保留未言明授予被委托方的有關(guān)MTVa頻道的一切權(quán)利。

3.被委托方同意，對(duì)于被委托方違反協(xié)議所造成的損失，委托方將不負(fù)任何責(zé)任，同時(shí)委托方的利益不受損害。

4.本協(xié)議一經(jīng)簽署，在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，被委托方不得提出解除協(xié)議，在此之后，被委托方如要解除協(xié)議，必須提前至少90天通知委托方。

5.中國國際電視總公司依照與MTV asia ldc簽署的合作協(xié)議，在中國大陸地區(qū)獨(dú)家代理MTVa頻道的收費(fèi)發(fā)行業(yè)務(wù)。

6.本協(xié)議及其附加條款，是委托方和被委托方共同達(dá)成的具有法律效力的約定，一經(jīng)正式簽署，雙方都應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。

7.被委托方保證（在接收、傳送及播映MTVa頻道之前）取得必要的權(quán)利、執(zhí)照和批準(zhǔn)等。

8.雙方如無異議，本協(xié)議到期自動(dòng)續(xù)延。
