第五篇:激情是前進的動力
我當了三屆高中班主任后,突然對繼續(xù)擔當班主任工作感到恐懼。因為我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己對學生沒有了“激情”,學生教育、班級管理,好象駕輕就熟,實則是按部就班,沒有成為特色,而是變成模式。
當班主任是工作,是任務,而不再是我的舞臺,我的追求。
如果沒有了熱愛和激情,僅靠經(jīng)驗方法,能成為一名“勞苦而未必功高”的優(yōu)秀班主任嗎? 激情是人生的靈魂,缺少激情,人生就會變得平庸和無聊,擁抱激情人生就會充滿生機和希望。在平凡而不平庸的日子里要時時提醒自己燃燒激情飛揚生命活力。
思想源于激情,只有我們對自己所從事的教育工作傾注全部的激情,我們才能認真、執(zhí)著地去思考我們的教育事業(yè)。
激情是一枚硬幣,一面是對學生的愛,而另一面是對班主任具體工作的執(zhí)著。當你有了激情后你的精神便是愉悅的,你便會關心起你身邊的每一位學生,真正的負責起每一位學生,而當你有了激情之后,你便會思考如何更好地教育你的學生的問題,這便是班主任工作.以下是我當班主任以來積累的一些體會,在此和各位班主任交流一下。
一、做一個有激情的班主任——在實踐中研究班主任工作,學習前人的教育經(jīng)驗,努力形成自己獨特的工作方法。
二、做一個有激情的班主任——給學生之所需
一句寬慰的話,使她感到陽光般的溫暖;一個和藹的笑容,使她有了改錯的信心.她的表現(xiàn)就在不你不經(jīng)意間變化著,我為她的進步感到驕傲.
三、做一個有激情的班主任——運用智慧解決班級管理難題
真正有激情的工作態(tài)度除了實干外,還得用一些好的管理方法,而真正用上方法了對于學生的教育和班級的管理確實有很大的幫助. 任小艾有這么一句教育名言:“真愛是能夠讓人有智慧的。當你沒有任何私心的愛你的學生的時候,你的智慧會層出不窮的。”我想,我要是有一顆愛學生的心,我就不怕處理不好難題。
六、做一個有激情的班主任——嘗試做個創(chuàng)新的班主任。
做個創(chuàng)新的班主任就要求我們能夠與時俱進,使自己的教育方法在平時工作中不斷創(chuàng)新。善于發(fā)現(xiàn)新情況、新問題、新趨勢,善于捕捉新機遇,采取新措施,建立新機制。
在平時工作過程中,我大膽地做過一些教育實踐。如班干部輪流管理制的試驗和探究。因為輪流制的實施可以調(diào)動廣大同學的工作積極性,同時通過學生自己的班級管理實踐,得到思想上的教育——懂得勞動和管理的辛苦,從而懂得如何配合班級干部的管理,如何珍惜同學和老師的勞動成果。應該是不錯的舉措。在實施的過程中,我能不斷總結和引導,以便該制度的順利開展。
我認為,作為班主任,您要是有了責任心,您不一定會有激情;但您要有了激情,您便有了責任心、愛心和研究班主任工作的心。我想通過自己的努力,給學生多一點責任心,多一點愛心,多一點寬容,爭取做一名優(yōu)秀的班主任。最后還是用一句話屈原的話勉勵自己,“路漫漫其修遠兮,吾將上下而求索!
