當(dāng)你躺在床上，閉上眼睛，放松。深吸一口氣等我數(shù)到3（1，2，3），然后慢慢呼出。你的身體很舒服，你的雙眼閉著。再深吸一口氣，比以前一口更深，屏住呼吸等我數(shù)到5（1，2，3，4，5 ），然后慢慢呼出。注意你很放松，你的身體軟軟的。再深吸一口氣，感覺(jué)從你身體的中心處，屏住呼吸等我數(shù)到8（1，2，3，4，5，6，7，8），然后慢慢的呼出。

想象自己站在一個(gè)觀光電梯里，透過(guò)玻璃，你可以看到附近建筑物的門(mén)以及在空地上玩耍的孩子。

慢慢地你意識(shí)到電梯在向上移動(dòng)。

隨著電梯漸漸上行，你開(kāi)始注意到窗戶和窗戶背后的人。

建筑物很高，過(guò)了好大一會(huì)，電梯漸漸靠近頂點(diǎn)。

就當(dāng)電梯超過(guò)建筑物的一瞬間，一個(gè)漂亮的湖出現(xiàn)在你的眼簾。湖水清澈而平靜，湖面上有鴨子在嬉戲，漣漪從它們身邊慢慢地向外散去。

湖的對(duì)面是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)滿綠草的山坡，綿羊在上面懶懶地一邊吃草一邊玩耍。電梯繼續(xù)上升，就在掠過(guò)山頂?shù)囊凰查g，一座漂亮的海港出現(xiàn)在地平線上。海港中，帆船在湛藍(lán)而平靜的海面上飄來(lái)飄去。

海港周圍，大片的鮮花和綠地以及設(shè)計(jì)精美的房屋沿海岸線規(guī)則有序地排列著。

你被這優(yōu)美的環(huán)境以及人與自然之間如此完美的融合深深地打動(dòng)了。

你開(kāi)始想象自己就住在這個(gè)海港里，擁有你所期望的一切，享受你夢(mèng)想中的友誼，實(shí)現(xiàn)你所渴望中的成就。

你知道所有這一切都將會(huì)是你的，你可以盡情的享受和珍存。因?yàn)槟悻F(xiàn)在有了明確的人生方向，制定出了完善的人生策略，采取了一切必要的行動(dòng)：你每天按計(jì)劃起床；按計(jì)劃聽(tīng)錄音進(jìn)行模仿；你經(jīng)常思考問(wèn)題，并隨時(shí)將你的體會(huì)和靈感記錄下來(lái)；你總是不斷地激發(fā)自己、超越自己，讓自己結(jié)交新的朋友，抓住每一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。

現(xiàn)在，你可以完全肯定自己正在沿著正確的方向和步調(diào)前進(jìn)，你可以放心的進(jìn)入夢(mèng)鄉(xiāng)了。盡量放松你的眼部，漸漸地，你的頭部，你的頸部，你的肩部，你的胸部，你的腰部，你的大腿，你的膝關(guān)節(jié)，你的雙腳，你的腳趾，你的全身……慢慢地，慢慢地，慢慢地，睡吧！做個(gè)美夢(mèng)吧！
