半期以來，實(shí)習(xí)處在校長室的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在三個(gè)專業(yè)部和各處室的協(xié)調(diào)配合下，緊緊圍繞學(xué)校的工作重心，重視實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)常規(guī)管理、注重制度建設(shè)，制定了一系列規(guī)范實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)流程的制度和措施、以省市技能大賽為突破口，狠抓教師專業(yè)技能教學(xué)質(zhì)量，較好完成了學(xué)校交辦的各項(xiàng)具體工作，現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)如下。一、重視實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)常規(guī)管理

1.開學(xué)初，召開了機(jī)電類專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課教師會(huì)、計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)房上課教師會(huì)，提出了進(jìn)一步規(guī)范實(shí)訓(xùn)課上課流程的要求，重新設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)訓(xùn)課教學(xué)日登記表與上機(jī)異動(dòng)情況表，做到課堂情況有記錄。實(shí)習(xí)處管理人員每天深入實(shí)訓(xùn)場(chǎng)地檢查落實(shí)效果，及時(shí)追蹤反饋實(shí)習(xí)過程中存在的問題。

2.規(guī)范實(shí)訓(xùn)課學(xué)期授課計(jì)劃制定的程序，編制了授課計(jì)劃統(tǒng)一的模板。要求專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課以備課組為單位，認(rèn)真研究學(xué)情，分析專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程目標(biāo)，根據(jù)學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)條件制定實(shí)訓(xùn)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，交由教研組長、實(shí)習(xí)處、主管校長審批。加大授課計(jì)劃執(zhí)行檢查的力度，督導(dǎo)教師完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，確保專業(yè)課教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

3.規(guī)范實(shí)訓(xùn)材料、成套實(shí)訓(xùn)儀器設(shè)備的請(qǐng)購程序，加強(qiáng)耗材、設(shè)備的使用和管理，建立了問題責(zé)任溯源體系。半期以來，及時(shí)處理了351班XXX因操作不當(dāng)損壞車床、351班XXX和XXX私自將實(shí)習(xí)材料帶出車間、336班雷斌故意踩壞鍵盤等問題。與同期相比，機(jī)房鍵盤、鼠標(biāo)的更換降低了70%左右，數(shù)控與機(jī)加兩個(gè)車間的刀具損耗也降低了30%，所有實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備的完好率在95%以上，大大降低了設(shè)備的維護(hù)、維修成本。

4.定期召開學(xué)生座談會(huì)，主動(dòng)了解專業(yè)課教學(xué)中存在的問題。找330班、363班學(xué)生聽取北大青鳥合作辦學(xué)收費(fèi)與課程開設(shè)的意見；深入326班反饋匯總學(xué)生校外見習(xí)情況，主動(dòng)與智邦公司溝通，解決學(xué)生顧慮，并將所有問題分類匯總上交校長室。5.認(rèn)真組織技能班半期考試�？记罢匍_了命題教師會(huì)，規(guī)定了命題任務(wù)及要求，召開了監(jiān)考老師與班主任務(wù)，對(duì)期中考試進(jìn)行安排部署。為期3天的專業(yè)課考試秩序井然，沒有發(fā)生考試事故。閱卷及登分工作準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)。

二、狠抓學(xué)生技能競(jìng)賽和課外專業(yè)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)

1.開學(xué)初，在三個(gè)專業(yè)部的配合下，按省技能大賽的要求，成立數(shù)控、機(jī)電、電子、計(jì)算機(jī)四個(gè)項(xiàng)目的參賽訓(xùn)練小組，配備了強(qiáng)有力的指導(dǎo)老師，實(shí)習(xí)處統(tǒng)一指導(dǎo)，從訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容、模擬測(cè)試、選手心理指導(dǎo)、競(jìng)技技巧等方面定期組織研討，確保訓(xùn)練實(shí)效。

2.市技能選拔賽，學(xué)校派出6個(gè)項(xiàng)目參賽。其中數(shù)控銑、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字影音后期制作、機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品裝配與調(diào)試3個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲市一等獎(jiǎng)，數(shù)控車、電子產(chǎn)品裝配與調(diào)試、及工業(yè)產(chǎn)品CAD設(shè)計(jì)3個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲市二等獎(jiǎng)。

3.省技能大賽，學(xué)校派出數(shù)控銑、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字影音后期制作、機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品裝配與調(diào)試、制冷與空調(diào)技術(shù)4個(gè)項(xiàng)目參賽，數(shù)控銑、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字影音后期制作2個(gè)項(xiàng)目均獲得了省二等獎(jiǎng)。

4.組織參評(píng)縣第十五屆青少年科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)。其中郭建恒與龔建軍、王靜、龔林榮、劉松柏、鄧云峰等老師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生制作了防震報(bào)警器、尿濕報(bào)警器、安全報(bào)警器等5件作品，獲得了大賽評(píng)委的好評(píng)，其中郭建恒與龔建軍、王靜、鄧云峰老師指導(dǎo)的3件作品代表縣教育局送至市局參評(píng)。王云雁老師指導(dǎo)的科創(chuàng)論文也被推薦到市局參評(píng)。王靜指導(dǎo)的尿濕報(bào)警器代表市教育局送省教育廳參評(píng)。

5.做好科普示范縣檢查組參觀實(shí)訓(xùn)場(chǎng)地的教學(xué)組織工作。檢查組對(duì)實(shí)訓(xùn)場(chǎng)地設(shè)備環(huán)境、教學(xué)活動(dòng)組織有序比較滿意。三、有序組織學(xué)生參加了職業(yè)技能考證工作

1.4月9-17日組織307班、323班共42人到市財(cái)政局參加會(huì)計(jì)資格從業(yè)證書考試�？记鞍纯季V要求，進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練，組織了2次模擬測(cè)試，預(yù)計(jì)通過率較高。2.4月24日組織了57人參加市安監(jiān)局電工和電焊工2個(gè)特種作業(yè)上崗證考試。

3.4月27日組織了252人參加市勞動(dòng)局?jǐn)?shù)控車工等8個(gè)工種的職業(yè)資格證考試。

4.組織技能班一年級(jí)學(xué)生參加市計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力與英語水平統(tǒng)一考試報(bào)名工作。

四、加強(qiáng)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)制度建設(shè)，規(guī)范管理流程、提高管理水平

1.開學(xué)初，實(shí)習(xí)處組織撰寫了《文化素質(zhì)課教學(xué)改革方案》、《專業(yè)理論課課堂教學(xué)改革方案》、《專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課課堂教學(xué)改革方案》一系列教學(xué)教改方案，為本期專業(yè)課堂教學(xué)改革墊定了一基礎(chǔ)。

2．組織擬定了《計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)房管理暫行規(guī)定（討論稿）》和《教室多媒體設(shè)備使用注意事項(xiàng)及要求》兩個(gè)制度，確保實(shí)訓(xùn)流程規(guī)范，保證了上機(jī)實(shí)訓(xùn)有效時(shí)間，打造高效實(shí)訓(xùn)課堂。

3.召開201*級(jí)各專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃撰寫工作會(huì)，成立了我校201*級(jí)專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)，部署和安排各專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃的撰寫任務(wù)。五、抓好教師培訓(xùn)，提高教師教學(xué)教研水平

1.按省廳要求，組織了我校專業(yè)課教師201*年第一批省級(jí)培訓(xùn)報(bào)名工作。學(xué)校確定張靜（計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)）、陳巍（電子技術(shù)應(yīng)用）、武俠（電子電器應(yīng)用與維修）、郭紅艷（服裝設(shè)計(jì)與工藝）、鄭紅梅（計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)）、鄧小慧（數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用）6位于5月10日赴長沙參加為期40天的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，實(shí)習(xí)處做好了對(duì)應(yīng)班級(jí)的調(diào)課工作。

2.根據(jù)湖南省教育廳《關(guān)于湖南省教育科學(xué)“十二五”規(guī)劃201*年度課題申報(bào)工作的通知》要求，實(shí)習(xí)處組織申報(bào)了《“深度融合,互利共贏”校企合作長效機(jī)制研究》（夏建成主持）和《中職課程改革與創(chuàng)新研究數(shù)控專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)站建設(shè)》（龔林榮主持）兩個(gè)省級(jí)課題。

六、精心準(zhǔn)備材料，迎接職業(yè)教育專項(xiàng)督導(dǎo)評(píng)估檢查1.協(xié)助職成辦完成省職業(yè)教育專項(xiàng)評(píng)估工作的資料統(tǒng)籌安排工作，整理全縣201*年－201*年共三個(gè)年度的招生匯總、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)安置匯總以及職教中心各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)校培訓(xùn)人次匯總。協(xié)調(diào)分解評(píng)估材料各處室的任務(wù)。

2.集中整理、歸檔評(píng)估材料，接受市、縣兩級(jí)教育局的前期視導(dǎo)檢查。檢查組對(duì)學(xué)校前期準(zhǔn)備工作給予了充分的肯定，也指出了需要整改的部分材料。
