蓮花小學五年級班主任工作總結

經(jīng)過一學期的努力,我針五年級學生的特點,主要以培養(yǎng)學生良好的行為規(guī)范為主要內容,收了一定的成效,現(xiàn)總結如下:

一、感受：擔任一年級班主任工作一期來，我的感觸很深。這一代孩子在被父母寵壞了，任性、不講禮貌、自私不顧及他人、缺乏愛心與同情心。面對他們，作為班主任，那工作瑣碎極了，下苦功，反反復復的進行良好行為習慣的培養(yǎng)，要做到讓他們摒棄許多家庭、社會、伙伴給予的不良行為習慣的培養(yǎng)，要做到讓他們摒棄許多家庭、社會、伙伴給予的不良影響，這太難了！只有慢慢的、點點滴滴的收獲。

二、用真愛去感染學生。用真愛去感染他們，讓他們因被愛而學會去愛。我親切地呼喚他們，為他們整理衣領、學具，與他們一起打掃衛(wèi)生，教學課文時也不放過任何一點愛的熏陶。利用日常生活里發(fā)生的隨機事件加以引導，熱情地向困難的學生、病的學生、有不良行為的學生伸出友誼的雙手。通過上述的細節(jié)，讓他們在潛移黷化中感受愛、發(fā)現(xiàn)愛、并學會去愛。

三、重視在課堂內的常規(guī)訓練.

一學期以來,我針對班上學生實際,利用一切有利時間加強了學生學習習慣的培養(yǎng).首先訓練學生的正確讀書和寫字姿勢,每天提醒他們注意"三個一",讀書時要求全班同學都拿起書做到手到,眼到,口到,心到.只要做作業(yè),就不停地提醒糾正不良姿勢.當學生起來發(fā)言時,則要求他們站端正,兩眼平視前方,態(tài)度自然大方,并且說話時聲音要響亮,吐詞要清楚.在聽的能力方面,則要求他們注意聽別人說話,聽清楚說話的內容,記在心中,要說得出來，這些辦法對學生聽的習慣養(yǎng)成起到了一定的促進作用.現(xiàn)在學生在課堂上讀,寫,坐,站,聽,說的正確姿勢逐步養(yǎng)成.

四、規(guī)范學生行為，培養(yǎng)學生良好的習慣。

為了規(guī)范學生行為,我還將學校的常規(guī),學習,勞動等教育向家庭延伸,要求學生每天按時起床睡覺;講文明懂禮貌,經(jīng)常使用禮貌用語;養(yǎng)成在家認真復習功課和參加勞動的習慣;培養(yǎng)學生自理能力通過活動,本班涌現(xiàn)出一大批好人好事.班上學生生病,同學互相關心;同學有困難,互相幫助,同學吐了,不怕臟臭主動打掃.該班學生表現(xiàn)十分積極,充分體現(xiàn)了學生熱愛集體,關心他人的優(yōu)秀品質正在逐漸形成.

現(xiàn)代教育理論告訴我們，要組織一個成功的班級，班主任首先要

選擇一些品學兼優(yōu)、責任心強、身體健康、樂意為同學服務的學生擔任班干部，并根據(jù)他們性格、能力的差異，安排相應的工作，盡心地進行培養(yǎng)和教育，使之成為同學的榜樣，帶動其他同學不斷進取。接手五（1）班的班主任工作后，班級風貌更上一個新臺階，我特別重視班干部的隊伍建設。下面讓我來談談自己的一些做法和體會。

一、發(fā)現(xiàn)選拔班干部

由于所有的學生都經(jīng)歷了一個學年的不平衡發(fā)展，我決定對原有的班委會進行重大的調整。在班干部的產(chǎn)生過程中，我認為教師的包辦代替，必定會使班干部失去群眾基礎，給日后的工作帶來不必要的困難，是不可取的！但是，單純的所謂的"民主"，讓學生完全"自決"，一些學生往往會傾向選舉自己的"好朋友"，以便在以后的班級管理中得到"照顧"，同樣有不足。比較好的辦法應該是先民主后集中，即先讓學生進行投票選舉，再由教師權衡。

為了使學生的選舉結果更具代表性，我讓大家在規(guī)定的時間內推薦20位同學上來，然后再按所得票數(shù)的多寡進行排列，前12位的同學始得當選，這樣可以最大限度地讓學生發(fā)表意見，而且選出的干部往往又比較理想。最后再根據(jù)所選干部的氣質、性格類型以及能力的差異進行分工，優(yōu)化班委組合。

實踐證明，在民主選舉的基礎上，經(jīng)過班主任的優(yōu)化組合而產(chǎn)生的班委會，得到了同學們的信任和擁護，具有較強的戰(zhàn)斗力。

二、教育培養(yǎng)班干部

班主任對班干部，不能只是使用，還應該進行教育和培養(yǎng)。我經(jīng)常教育他們樹立為集體服務的光榮感和責任感，要求他們努力學習、團結同學、以身作則，鼓勵他們既要大膽工作，又要嚴格要求，注意工作方法。當然，選出的干部畢竟不是完人，因此對他們不能過分苛求、指責，特別是在工作出現(xiàn)失誤的時候。例如負責清潔衛(wèi)生督促檢查工作勞衛(wèi)委員，起初對自己的工作好像不太滿意，每天只是把那些未參加清潔工作同學的名字以及清潔狀況告訴我，為此，我反復向她講述清潔衛(wèi)生工作與同學們身體健康和班級精神風貌的內在聯(lián)系，同時講解該項工作的要點，讓她重新懷著滿腔的熱情投入自己的工作中去，后來的情況表明，她們的工作完成得相當出色！

此外，我還堅持定期召開班干部會議，組織他們學會制訂計劃及具體措施，檢查落實情況，總結得失，并加以改進，教會他們如何分辨是非，及時阻止同學中的不良行為。而對于班干部在班級中的不良

行為，決不姑息，鼓勵他們以身作則并帶動其他同學，促進整個班級的管理工作。

三、增強班干部間的凝聚力

集體是在活動中產(chǎn)生的，大集體如此，小集體也一樣。我每月組織一次班干部集體做好事活動。例如搞大掃除等，通過活動擴大班干部在同學中的積極影響，通過活動加強班干部之間的協(xié)作精神和團體意識。這樣既能在班干部的紀律及常規(guī)管理上起到明顯的效果，又能使班干部之間也能因此養(yǎng)成團結友愛的習慣，在班級中孕育團結友愛的風氣，使班級成為一個大家庭。

誠然，在班干部隊伍建設的工作中，我認為自己還存在很多的不足和缺陷。但是我會在以后的工作中加以努力。
