回顧過去，工作總結(jié)如下：

二、工作上，我擔(dān)任幼兒園食堂廚師烹調(diào)工作。首先保證幼兒園師生飲食安全、用餐從不失職失誤并在技術(shù)上不斷提高自己的烹飪技術(shù)。在實(shí)踐中我不斷探索，提高自己的烹調(diào)技術(shù)，讓全園教職工和小朋友們都能吃上香甜可口的飯菜。讓教職工吃得滿意，生活安心。保證按時(shí)開餐，平時(shí)我起早天黑就到幼兒園給師生們準(zhǔn)備早餐。我也從不怕苦怕累，也不失職失誤。由于食堂工作有特色，深受單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及其師生們的好評，保證了幼兒園工作的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

三、注重學(xué)習(xí)，養(yǎng)成讀書看報(bào)的良好習(xí)慣。關(guān)心時(shí)事政治，關(guān)注國家大事，做到頭腦清醒，不落后于形勢。

四、遵守勞動紀(jì)律，不缺勤，不曠工。以上就是我們廚師一年來的工作總結(jié)，有還做不到之處，還請校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各位老師批評指正。由于水平限制，還有很多內(nèi)容沒有表達(dá)出來，同時(shí)以上所述只是我們應(yīng)該做的，離學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的要求還不夠，我們會吸取教訓(xùn)，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在新的一年里，在校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確指導(dǎo)下，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)學(xué)校廚房廚師工作使每一項(xiàng)工作落到實(shí)處，做到防患未然，確保安全無事故。

總之，近幾年來，我忠于職守愛崗敬業(yè)，遵紀(jì)守法，廉潔奉公，取得了很好的成績。為教育事業(yè)作出了自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
