關(guān)于個(gè)人年終工作總結(jié)

自201*年5月進(jìn)入公司后，我在公司主要是對(duì)公司的電腦、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、辦公設(shè)備及其他的一些相關(guān)設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查和維護(hù)。在這大半年的工作中學(xué)習(xí)到了很多經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使我各方面的知識(shí)得到了充實(shí)。為了更好的做好這份工作，在此對(duì)我這段時(shí)間的工作進(jìn)行一個(gè)簡單總結(jié)。一、電腦件及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)管理方面的工作

1.由于電腦的長時(shí)間的使用，電腦無可避免的進(jìn)入了很多的灰塵，導(dǎo)致電腦的風(fēng)扇無法正常的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和電腦無法正常啟動(dòng)等很多的問題，所以必須的對(duì)電腦定期的進(jìn)行檢查和清理灰塵，以保證電腦能夠正常的使用。2.公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)之前是2M的光纖，酒吧，球館、辦公區(qū)都是同一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，導(dǎo)致有時(shí)候有客人，或本公司的人員在下載點(diǎn)東西就會(huì)導(dǎo)致其他電腦的網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度很慢，所以現(xiàn)已改成4M的，暫無發(fā)現(xiàn)有員工或客人說網(wǎng)絡(luò)很慢的情況。二、酒吧餐飲系統(tǒng)的維修與維護(hù)工作

1.由于酒吧的營業(yè)是離不開餐飲系統(tǒng)的，所以對(duì)于這方面特別的加強(qiáng)了定時(shí)檢查與維護(hù)，營業(yè)時(shí)間IT人員必定會(huì)在，保證系統(tǒng)的正常，遇到問題能及時(shí)解決。2.每次加菜或更改什么商品，需測(cè)試正常能用才給予使用，在用的期間，如發(fā)現(xiàn)什么漏洞，就及時(shí)更正或修改。認(rèn)真配合好樓面及財(cái)務(wù)部門的相關(guān)工作。三、每日工作紀(jì)要與檢查

1.每天上班按要求把每項(xiàng)要檢查的設(shè)備進(jìn)行認(rèn)真查看，做好維護(hù)

記錄以保證這些設(shè)備每天能正常運(yùn)行，運(yùn)用。2.在每次進(jìn)行完檢查和維護(hù)之后都將這次維護(hù)的情況進(jìn)行記錄，這樣可以保證如果其他遇到相同的問題能夠更好的解決問題。四、與各部門的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)配合工作

在沒有上任做主管的時(shí)候，經(jīng)常有這方面的疏忽，比如酒吧要推出什么新菜品，相關(guān)的事宜都不與我們溝通好，導(dǎo)致有時(shí)候沒有準(zhǔn)備，急急忙忙的加到POS機(jī)上，又出錯(cuò)。不過現(xiàn)在每次有一起開會(huì)，程文件形式，比較清晰，可以提前想好方法與財(cái)務(wù)及樓面溝通再處理一些POS機(jī)沒有的功能的相關(guān)事宜。五、各部門維修的問題

從接到維修單，能完成的都會(huì)當(dāng)天去維修完成。而有些沒有備用的設(shè)備，當(dāng)天能買到的，都去買回來進(jìn)行及時(shí)的維修或更換。有效的保證各部門能正常工作。

以上就是我的工作總結(jié)，下面提出幾點(diǎn)對(duì)公司的一些意見以及建議。1：因營業(yè)時(shí)間是從早上就開始到晚上的2點(diǎn)，目前只有一個(gè)電工，只能安排上早班，在8點(diǎn)以后，電工是屬于下班狀態(tài)的，目前是住在公司，有什么事情叫到還是會(huì)去及時(shí)處理.這一點(diǎn)要為員工而考慮，電工是住在公司，如果是住在外面，那8點(diǎn)后就變成了沒有電工在場(chǎng)，如有突發(fā)事件，誰去處理？望上級(jí)能多注重一點(diǎn)這方面的情況。2：工程部維修間不夠完善，沒有相關(guān)詳細(xì)的制度與職責(zé)，IT部機(jī)房需保持清潔與無塵，所以IT部的維修間也沒有。有些設(shè)備因?qū)嵱脡勖�到了，更換新的設(shè)備上去，舊的設(shè)備沒有一個(gè)登記報(bào)廢與存放的地

方。建議整改好現(xiàn)有的工程部的房間，讓存放的物品清晰，易找且安全。

以上就是我的工作總結(jié)與一些小小的建議，我會(huì)在以后的工作中繼續(xù)做好管理工作，保障工作相關(guān)設(shè)施的正常運(yùn)作。保證各營業(yè)點(diǎn)的電腦能夠更好的正常使用。我將不斷的提高自己的專業(yè)知識(shí)來保證自己能更好的做好這份工作。
