您好,我是呂鵑,來自房務(wù)部前廳分部的大堂副理,時(shí)間過的真快轉(zhuǎn)眼間我來潮王大酒店工作已經(jīng)快一年了,在我們充滿信心的迎接新的一年的時(shí)機(jī),回顧總結(jié)一年的工作,以利于揚(yáng)長避短、奮發(fā)進(jìn)取,在201*年努力再創(chuàng)佳績。前廳崗位是酒店的門面崗位,也是客人咨詢問題,反映情況,提出建議,投訴不滿較為集中的地方。每個(gè)員工都要直接的面對(duì)客人,員工的工作態(tài)度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量能反映出一個(gè)酒店的服務(wù)和管理水平。大堂副理代表著酒店的形象,大堂副理的職務(wù)作用給予了其工作的特殊性。身為酒店大堂副理的我,始終秉承著“賓客至上,服務(wù)第一”和“客人完全滿意”的辦事風(fēng)格,在不損害酒店基本利益的前提下妥善處理好大大小小的投訴,即使解決客人的各種疑難問題,讓賓客滿意而歸,為酒店贏得聲譽(yù)和效益。處理完后總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)在部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)下找出不足加以改正,而我也就是在每次總結(jié)改進(jìn)以后逐漸變得成熟起來。因?yàn)槿蚪?jīng)濟(jì)形勢的影響,酒店服務(wù)業(yè)正處于“用工荒:的特殊階段,擔(dān)任酒店客房散客營銷,入住登記,退房結(jié)賬的總臺(tái)員工工作負(fù)荷過大,人手緊缺的情況下,我們能及時(shí)的填補(bǔ)工作崗位的空缺,并兼顧前廳管理,雖然很辛苦但是在這個(gè)崗位上感覺每天都是在挑戰(zhàn),因?yàn)闀?huì)碰到不同的客人,不一樣的需求;每天都會(huì)有不同的感受,會(huì)因?yàn)槌晒Φ嘏c客人尤其是外賓的溝通而欣喜,會(huì)因看到滿滿的客房入住而興奮,并會(huì)因此帶來的忙碌工作而充實(shí);也會(huì)因設(shè)備或條件的限制而無法解決客人的要求而沮喪;更會(huì)因前廳的任何一點(diǎn)細(xì)微的改變而感到充滿希望,我喜歡這樣每天下班后有進(jìn)步的感覺。業(yè)余時(shí)間我學(xué)習(xí)了會(huì)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)和財(cái)經(jīng)法規(guī),并獲得了從業(yè)資格證書,以便更好的協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)部門管理總臺(tái)大小賬務(wù)。日常工作中,本著黨組織教育我們黨員無私奉獻(xiàn)的精神,以身作則,敬業(yè)樂業(yè),作風(fēng)正派,爭做先鋒模范。真誠踏實(shí)的作風(fēng)也讓我與同事相處融洽。
