5、規(guī)范了迎新和國慶花卉擺放的管理審批程序，提高了美化和觀賞效果。校園中心精心搞好花卉繁育和擺放工作，豐富了花色品種，科學養(yǎng)護來延長花期，努力為師生營造人與自然和諧相處的優(yōu)美畫卷和喜慶、歡樂、祥和的節(jié)日氣氛。

5,standardizestheorientationHeGuoQingflowersputmanagementexaminationandapprovalprocedures,improvethebeautificationandornamentaleffect.Campuscentercarefullyimproveflowersbreedingandputthework,richvarieties,scientificmaintenancetoprolongflowering,andstrivefortheteachersandstudentstobuildtheharmonybetweenhumanandnaturebeautifulpicturescrollfestival,joyandpeacefestivalatmosphere.6、近兩年我省爆發(fā)的美國白蛾重大疫情，給生態(tài)環(huán)境造成嚴重破壞。校園管理中心克服工作量大、防控任務(wù)重、雇工費用增加和藥物購置經(jīng)費緊張等諸多困難，早動手、抓主動，美國白蛾防控工作實現(xiàn)了“有蟲不成災(zāi)”的防控目標。

7、認真貫徹《勞動合同法》，合法維護學校和集團的利益。一是以經(jīng)濟合同的形式完成了對東西校區(qū)綠地的承包管理工作，既節(jié)約了經(jīng)費又避免了因?qū)嵤﹦趧雍贤�法而引起的勞動糾紛;二是有效地使用勞務(wù)協(xié)議工，聘用一些身體條件好的離退休或離崗待退人員，可免交三險一金，降低了用工成本，為集團節(jié)省了開支。

通過兩年的工作磨練，自己在政治思想方面有了新進步，行政履職能力有了新提高，工作業(yè)績?nèi)〉昧诵逻M展，廉潔自律也有新成效，但是與貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀的要求相比，與高效率履行工作職責的要求相比，與學校領(lǐng)導對自己提出的的期望和要求相比還有較大差距：一是學習還很不夠，缺乏系統(tǒng)性和深入性。需要在今后的工作中進一步加強政治理論學習，向優(yōu)秀學習，邊學習邊思考邊總結(jié)，深化學習效果，經(jīng)常對自己所做的工作進行反思總結(jié)、汲取經(jīng)驗教訓，增強理性思維，提高素質(zhì)能力。二是思想還不夠解放，觀念還不能很好的適應(yīng)科學發(fā)展觀的要求，跟不上形勢發(fā)展的需要。在今后的工作中，要進一步加大解放思想的力度，進一步加強對科學發(fā)展觀的認識、理解和運用，自覺按照科學發(fā)展觀的要求創(chuàng)新工作思路，改進工作理念和工作方式。三是要改進工作方式方法，避免苛求于人。在一些具體問題上不能事事都要求完美，因人、因事、因時要體現(xiàn)區(qū)別，要注重把大家的積極性發(fā)揮好、保護好，營造出一種生氣勃勃的良好局面，學會會干事、干成事，干好事。
