伴隨著時鐘的步伐201*年馬上就要過去了，回首過去的一年，感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我工作的指導(dǎo)和幫助，感謝廣大同事對我工作的支持，我一定會在今后的工作中堅持以身作則，嚴(yán)格要求自己，做好本職工作，彌補工作中的不足，提高我的技能服務(wù)水平。為了再新的一年里能夠更好的完成本職工作，我對上一年的工作進行了總結(jié)。

一、自覺學(xué)習(xí)黨的精神，用先進政治思想武裝自己的頭腦。

這一年來，我始終堅持運用馬克思列寧主義的立場、觀點和方法論，運用辯證唯物主義與歷史唯物主義去分析和觀察事物，明辨是非，堅持真理，堅持正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，用正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀指導(dǎo)自己的學(xué)習(xí)、工作和生活實踐，在思想上積極構(gòu)筑抵御資產(chǎn)階級民主和自由化、拜金主義、自由主義等一切腐朽思想侵蝕的堅固防線。熱愛祖國，熱愛中國共產(chǎn)黨，熱愛社會主義，擁護中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，擁護改革開放，堅信社會主義最終必然戰(zhàn)勝資本主義，對社會主義充滿必勝的信心。認真貫徹執(zhí)行黨的路線、方針、政策，為加快社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)認真做好本職工作。雖然自己只是一名普通的廚師，但工作積極主動，勤奮努力，不畏艱難，盡職盡責(zé)，在平凡的工作崗位上作出力所能及的貢獻。

二、強化理論和業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)，不斷提高自身綜合素質(zhì)。

我重視加強理論和業(yè)務(wù)知識學(xué)習(xí)，在工作中，堅持一邊工作一邊學(xué)習(xí)，不斷提高自身綜合素質(zhì)水平。一是認真學(xué)習(xí)鄧小平理論、“三個代表”和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的重要思想，深刻領(lǐng)會其中的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵，增強自己實踐的自覺性和堅定性；認真學(xué)習(xí)黨的大會精神，自覺堅持以黨的十七大為指導(dǎo)，為進一步加快完善社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制，全面建設(shè)小康社會作出自己的努力。二是認真學(xué)習(xí)工作業(yè)務(wù)知識，重點學(xué)習(xí)飲食烹調(diào)和提高食品質(zhì)量的方法研究。三是認真學(xué)習(xí)法律知識，結(jié)合自己工作實際特點，利用閑余時間，選擇性地開展學(xué)習(xí)，通過學(xué)習(xí)，進一步增強法制意識和法制觀念。三、努力工作，按時完成工作任務(wù)。

在過去的一年中，我樹立與增強為人民服務(wù)的思想。按時上下班，保證按時開餐，遵守勞動紀(jì)律及食堂的一切規(guī)章制度，服從工作調(diào)配，愛護集體財物，做好集體和個人衛(wèi)生，努力完成本職工作。菜肴質(zhì)量是廚師得以生存發(fā)展的核心競爭力，因此在飲食烹調(diào)上，我嚴(yán)格按食品操作規(guī)程進行工作，保證安全、衛(wèi)生。做到制作的主食，合乎質(zhì)量要求，大小均勻，掌握火候。副食要做到揀、洗干凈，切菜認真，丁、塊、絲分明。配菜美觀，色型好看，炒菜味美，咸淡適中，同時我還認真聽取就餐人員的意見，總結(jié)不足，并在下次烹調(diào)中及時改進。在服務(wù)上，我做到優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效，對就餐人員態(tài)度和藹，說話和氣。不說粗話，不罵人，團結(jié)一致，做好伙食工作。

在食品衛(wèi)生上。我嚴(yán)格遵守食堂衛(wèi)生制度，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行《食品衛(wèi)生法》，防止“病從口入”，防止食品污染和有害物質(zhì)對就餐人員的危害，保障大家的身體健康。成品存放實行“四隔離”；生與熟隔離；成品與半成品隔離；食品與雜品、藥品隔離；食物與天然冰隔離。個人衛(wèi)生做到勤洗手、剪指甲；勤洗澡、理發(fā)；勤換工作服。放置食品的櫥柜、貨架時刻保持清潔，無霉斑、鼠跡。每天定時沖洗操作間灶具和地面，認真擦拭餐廳地面和桌椅，嚴(yán)格保證操作間地面、門窗、以及周邊環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。

盡管如此，回顧過去的一年，我還存在許多不足：服務(wù)意識不強，有時也還有考慮不周，服務(wù)不到的地方；有時因急燥與個別員工發(fā)生意見沖突；節(jié)約意識還不夠強等等。

展望新的一年我會加倍的努力和更大的熱情嚴(yán)格在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)下盡力改正缺點，克服困難，彌補不足，做好自己的本職工作。
