本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任七年級(jí)兩個(gè)班的英語(yǔ);厥走@一學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作,感觸頗多。一、認(rèn)識(shí)教材,了解學(xué)生。新教材內(nèi)容豐富,理念新穎,針對(duì)的是有一定英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)生,同時(shí)該教材營(yíng)造了一個(gè)傾向本土化語(yǔ)言的環(huán)境,很多內(nèi)容對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)生理解起來(lái)有點(diǎn)難度。和以前的教材相比,起點(diǎn)比較高,單詞的呈現(xiàn)比較多,而且難度剃度不明顯,提倡“用到即學(xué)”。而作為學(xué)習(xí)該教材的本屆學(xué)生來(lái)講,他們當(dāng)中大部分沒(méi)有接觸過(guò)英語(yǔ),有的也就是小部分在暑假接觸過(guò)英語(yǔ),才初步入門(mén)。在這樣的情況下,感覺(jué)上課難度比較大。

二、因材施教,掌握難度。學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體。因此,了解和分析學(xué)生情況,有針對(duì)地教對(duì)教學(xué)成功與否至關(guān)重要。最初接觸教學(xué)的時(shí)候,我還不懂得了解學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)的重要性,只是專(zhuān)心研究書(shū)本,教材,想方設(shè)法令課堂生動(dòng),學(xué)生易接受。,比如聽(tīng)力在本套教材中難度比較大,我就把聽(tīng)力的形式進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)母牧,讓學(xué)生更容易聽(tīng)懂,不斷提高學(xué)生的積極性。同時(shí)根據(jù)不同的班級(jí)的學(xué)生性格特點(diǎn),我也采取了不同的策略。開(kāi)展各種各樣的小組活動(dòng),讓他們討論合作,鼓勵(lì)他們積極發(fā)言。

三、調(diào)動(dòng)氣氛,參與鼓勵(lì)在課堂教學(xué)開(kāi)展過(guò)程中,我感覺(jué)學(xué)生一部分不愿意起來(lái)發(fā)言:一個(gè)是教材比較有難度,怕講錯(cuò);另外一個(gè)是學(xué)生膽子比較小。針對(duì)這樣的情況下,我把教材難度降低,并采取表?yè)P(yáng)和鼓勵(lì)的方式。四、加強(qiáng)鞏固,分批對(duì)待.因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)的特殊情況,學(xué)生在不斷學(xué)習(xí)中,會(huì)出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象,差生面擴(kuò)大,會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響班內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣。每次教授了新單詞以后,我都及時(shí)抽時(shí)間給他們聽(tīng)寫(xiě),并認(rèn)真批改。有時(shí)候,課文里出現(xiàn)的精彩實(shí)用的句子,我也要求學(xué)生背下來(lái),我把4個(gè)同學(xué)分成一個(gè)小組,讓成績(jī)相對(duì)比較好同學(xué)擔(dān)任小組長(zhǎng),這樣想偷懶就比較難了。而對(duì)不同基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)生,我給他們的底線(xiàn)也不一樣。一開(kāi)始我都是統(tǒng)一要求所有的學(xué)生,后來(lái)我感覺(jué)這樣不符合實(shí)際。有些學(xué)生對(duì)語(yǔ)言的感知能力本身就比較差,越是統(tǒng)一要求,他就什么也沒(méi)有學(xué)到。因此,我就把學(xué)生分開(kāi),一般的,大部分同學(xué)的要求是統(tǒng)一的,而小部分接受能力比較差的同學(xué),我就用相對(duì)低一點(diǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給他們,這樣做以后,逐漸提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),學(xué)生學(xué)到的明顯多了。

在課堂教學(xué)之余,我還積極參加教研活動(dòng),參與我們英語(yǔ)組內(nèi)的備課和說(shuō)課,并且上公開(kāi)課。通過(guò)這樣的活動(dòng),有效的提高了自己對(duì)教材的理解。通過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的努力,學(xué)生的成績(jī)有了進(jìn)步。
