6S現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理第一階段匯報(bào)總結(jié)

一、第一階段實(shí)行總結(jié)

根據(jù)上級(jí)文件要求,齒輪車間近期在車間實(shí)行6S現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理規(guī)范。通過召開會(huì)議、觀看相關(guān)影像資料、張貼簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、問答、筆試等形式，大力宣傳推廣6S管理理念，普及6S管理精髓及意義。

“十一”長(zhǎng)假之后，為使6S現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理進(jìn)一步的深入車間，對(duì)車間工作進(jìn)行了試點(diǎn)整理整治。以鉗工班班組加工彈性聯(lián)軸節(jié)為例，車間工作人員在加工聯(lián)軸節(jié)時(shí)，將原先的盤子由在地上操作改為在架子上操作，并且對(duì)所有設(shè)備、工具箱和地面進(jìn)行了刷油保護(hù)，還針對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)存放的物料，做到分類歸位，擺放整齊，明確數(shù)量，這樣不但使車間環(huán)境變得整潔干凈，也保障了工作人員的安全。

二、仍存在的問題

目前，物品擺放雜亂仍是車間尚存在的問題。例如車間的操作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中成品、半成品、吊具擺放混亂。成品區(qū)和半成品區(qū)區(qū)分不明顯，擺放順序不明確，有時(shí)在操作時(shí)會(huì)造成一定的混亂。還有，產(chǎn)品和吊具擺放區(qū)域沒有明確標(biāo)識(shí)，經(jīng)常擺放在過道上，很容易對(duì)來往人員造成傷害。

三、采取的措施

管理人員針對(duì)試點(diǎn)班組鉗工班中好的方面，結(jié)合其它班組的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)各個(gè)班組進(jìn)行合理、詳細(xì)科學(xué)的規(guī)劃，并宣傳發(fā)放給工作人員。將產(chǎn)品分門別類放置，劃分出各個(gè)區(qū)域，并將車間內(nèi)產(chǎn)品按待處理區(qū)，合格區(qū)，廢品區(qū)分別擺放，以方便車間工作有序進(jìn)行。要確�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)物料、車輛、器具在區(qū)域內(nèi)定點(diǎn)放置，并在必要的位置擺放明確、醒目的標(biāo)識(shí)，方便取用。在天車，吊車所經(jīng)過區(qū)域以及加工時(shí)鐵屑散落區(qū)域加以標(biāo)識(shí)，施工廢棄物料及時(shí)清理，以確保工作人員的安全。

另外管理人員將不定期對(duì)所管轄區(qū)域進(jìn)行全面檢查，不留死角，對(duì)于擺放不到位的產(chǎn)品、吊具的負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行懲罰措施。

第一階段總結(jié)

新學(xué)期伊始，我們進(jìn)入了專業(yè)課知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)之中。其中的《傳熱學(xué)》給我們帶來了一個(gè)新的體驗(yàn)新的方向“電動(dòng)汽車室內(nèi)舒適性環(huán)境智能供給系統(tǒng)開發(fā)”項(xiàng)目。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目使我耳目一新，將傳統(tǒng)的教育與全新的課程改革相融合，使我們有了更國(guó)際化的思維方式，以及更開拓的視野和學(xué)習(xí)范圍。

下面我就對(duì)從開學(xué)接受項(xiàng)目介紹以來我完成的任務(wù)以及成長(zhǎng)與收獲：

一、組織團(tuán)隊(duì)的歷程

從8月22開始接觸這個(gè)全新的教學(xué)方式，我們通過自己的興趣愛好，客觀的選擇了自己的組別。中間經(jīng)歷了幾次組員調(diào)整，以及組內(nèi)研究?jī)?nèi)容的調(diào)整。最終，我找到了自己的組織與團(tuán)隊(duì)，成為了電動(dòng)suv研究組中的車窗小組一員。

我們團(tuán)結(jié)，我們快樂，我們互相幫助。車窗組主要負(fù)責(zé)研究前及側(cè)面玻璃在各種條件下的傳熱特性，為整個(gè)系統(tǒng)提供必要的參數(shù)及模型。我主要負(fù)責(zé)前車窗的導(dǎo)熱及對(duì)流部分。我還被任職為組內(nèi)通信員，負(fù)責(zé)組內(nèi)聯(lián)絡(luò)與通知。二、完成的任務(wù)

1、團(tuán)隊(duì)剛剛建立時(shí)，我參與了原始資料查詢，主要是以面市

的電動(dòng)suv性能及參數(shù)以及未上市的新品電動(dòng)suv性能及參數(shù)為主。

2、集體學(xué)習(xí)傳熱學(xué)課本知識(shí)3、查找有關(guān)內(nèi)容網(wǎng)站并注冊(cè)

4、參與關(guān)于完成最終目標(biāo)的整體計(jì)劃的討論，并提出了意見及建議。

5、參觀天津松正電動(dòng)車廠，學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)電動(dòng)車的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)原理與設(shè)計(jì)，并上交總結(jié)。

三、成長(zhǎng)及收獲

首先，從近階段對(duì)電動(dòng)suv的了解階段，我對(duì)傳熱學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。在初期對(duì)傳熱學(xué)大致內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)，在查閱相關(guān)資料的同時(shí)也擴(kuò)展了傳熱學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)范圍，學(xué)習(xí)不再局限于課本內(nèi)容，而是擴(kuò)展到實(shí)踐與認(rèn)知方面。

其次，在這個(gè)階段的研究討論中，我在團(tuán)隊(duì)中體會(huì)到了人與人的交流與溝通，對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的重要性有了深刻的理解，以及相互學(xué)習(xí)相互幫助的重要性，也感受到學(xué)習(xí)型小組對(duì)我學(xué)習(xí)傳熱學(xué)的多方面幫助。

在去天津市松正集團(tuán)參觀的時(shí)候，使我學(xué)到了很多，關(guān)于電動(dòng)新能源的前景以及電動(dòng)汽車開發(fā)的一些相關(guān)內(nèi)容有了初步的了解與認(rèn)知。對(duì)于今后的研究以及實(shí)施計(jì)劃的完成奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。這次的參觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)是十分寶貴的，有對(duì)實(shí)物的認(rèn)知，使我們對(duì)平時(shí)接觸的課本上的抽象知識(shí)具體化，將這些知識(shí)躍然紙上，更生動(dòng)形象地展現(xiàn)在了我們的面前。有助于理解及掌握。剛接觸這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的時(shí)候，我就感覺十分慶幸，并激起了我的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。能夠有機(jī)會(huì)參與國(guó)際化的教學(xué)體制，能夠在大學(xué)本科階段參與并完成如此具體化的項(xiàng)目研究，這無疑對(duì)我的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)生活大有裨益。在研究的同時(shí)可以鞏固傳熱學(xué)的知識(shí)，提高分析問題解決問題的能力，并且也培養(yǎng)了團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和表達(dá)、陳述素養(yǎng)以及交流溝通能力和語言方面能力。四、我的計(jì)劃

1、第一節(jié)點(diǎn)之后到十一之前

將資料進(jìn)行分析整合，根據(jù)選定的車型尺寸并自行選定前車窗的幾種材質(zhì)，如常見的聚碳酸脂板和新型材料LexanPC聚碳酸酯。2、10月1日~10月15日

確定需要研究的外部環(huán)境條件。如：炎熱的夏季，或者寒冷的冬季中的不同條件下前車窗的導(dǎo)熱情況。3、10月15日~10月31日

對(duì)前車窗進(jìn)行模型分析以及簡(jiǎn)化。如：將前車窗簡(jiǎn)化成有限平板模型，再如將環(huán)境中的傳熱進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的簡(jiǎn)化。4、11月1日~11月15日

根據(jù)模型進(jìn)行公式分析，列出適合在不同環(huán)境條件下進(jìn)行計(jì)算的公式若干。如：運(yùn)用基本公式，牛頓冷卻公式等，計(jì)算出非穩(wěn)態(tài)的情況下的公式。5、11月15日~11月30日

學(xué)習(xí)fluent軟件，然后與同組學(xué)習(xí)matlab軟件的同學(xué)相互幫助建立并制作數(shù)學(xué)模型。6、12月1日~12月15日

與其他部分如前車窗的輻射相互結(jié)合，設(shè)計(jì)出設(shè)計(jì)方案若干。（在進(jìn)行前幾步中就可以和輻射相互交流輔助，共同實(shí)施）7、12月16日~12月31日

以全局為參考，與小組、與團(tuán)隊(duì)一起擇優(yōu)并確定出既合理又經(jīng)濟(jì)的方案。

最后，我希望在今后的研究學(xué)習(xí)中我能最大的發(fā)揮自己的所長(zhǎng)，與組內(nèi)人員相協(xié)調(diào)，共同進(jìn)步，共同學(xué)習(xí)，共同將計(jì)劃完成將系統(tǒng)完成！希望我可以收獲更多！
