TheEnglishskillsPracticemakesmeaverydeepfeeling,whichisthefirsttimethatwegoouttohavealookinGinlincity.Ithadthreeperiods.Duringtheprophase,wedidalotofpreparedworksuchasrememberingtourist’svocabularies,writingguidelines,makinginvestigationsandsoon.TwodayslaterwesetouttoGuilinbytrainwhichwasveryinterestingforallofuschatting,playingcardsallthenight.Afterwearrived,howtiredwewere.Sowehadashortrestinthehotel.Referringtheplacewelive,itwasalittlenoisyandsimple,butwecoulddonothingaboutthatforthegeneralpricewasveryhigh.Andwecouldn’taffordabetterplace.

Thefirstday,wehangedouttheweststreetwherethereweremanybarsandshops.Themostattractedthingwasthefoodthere.Butthepricewasalittlehigh,somywalletbecamesmallerandsmaller.Besides,wemetmanyforeignersthere.Allofthemwereveryfriendlyincludinghandsomeboysandbeautifulgirls.Inthefirstplace,Iwasalittlenervoustotalkwiththembecausetheylookedverydifferentfromus.Butwehadatasktohaveachatwiththeforeigneraboutonehouronedayatleast.SoIhadtostrikeupaconversationwiththem.AndthenIfoundthattheyweresonicetohaveachatwithus.Buttobehonest,myoralEnglishwasverypoor,whichmademeembarrassed.IalsothoughtthatIcandoitwelloneday.

Thesecondday,weborrowedsomebikestogotoYulongLakewherewetookdrift.Thatwassointerestingthatmyclotheswerewet.Afterwewentback,meetingaCanadianhandsomeboyabout28yearsoldmadeitveryexciting.Wehadachatanddrunkjuiceinacoffeeshopwhichletmeknowalotabouttheforeignlifeandtheculture.Thatwasanicememory.

Then,wewenttoGuilincentre,wherewelivedinatavern.Itwasmodernandconvenient.Andthepriceoffoodwasverylow,sowecaneatwhateverwewant.Wealsometalotofforeignersincludinga65year-oldmanfromSeattle.Inmymind,Seattlewasaromanticcity.Andthismanwasalsofunny.HemadeagirlfriendfromChinawhichwasbeyondmymind.WetalkedalotaboutthedifferentculturesbetweenAmericanandChinawhichwasnewforme.Thelasttwodays,weallhangedaroundthestreettotalkwiththeforeignertopracticeouroralEnglish,wealsolearnedalotaboutforeigncountries.Alloftheexperiencesletmeknowalotabouttheoutsightword.ThiswasagoodchanceformetomakemerealEnglishmajorstudent.

IhadwrittenthatIwouldconsolidatecollege-learnedEnglishexpertiseandimprovethepracticalskillsandextensivepracticalwork,socialexperienceandtheknowledgeofpracticalworkinmyPracticeLinesBook.ButIdidthesenotverywellespeciallyincommunicativecompetence.Itwassaidthatgoodinteractionwithothersistheabilitytodothejobshouldhavetheprimaryafterall.Tourguideactuallyakindofservicepersonnel,servicepersonnelmustknowhowtocommunicatewithothers.Firstofall,thethebasicattractionsknowledgewemusthad,includingitshistory,currentsituation,prospectsandotherfactors.ButIdidn’thavesufficienttimetoprepareforIspentmanytimeinhangingout.Second,Wehadtoactwithgroup,whichrequiredteammemberstoactivelycooperatewiththeculturedegreeofunderstanding,cooperationwithcolleagues,gavefullplaytotheroleofthedifferentrolesofgoodtiestoprovidesatisfactoryservicestothetourists.Butwealwaysdidsomethingbyourselves.

Moreover,itwasagoodchancetoimproveourabilitytolearn.Inmyopinion,theentireinternshipprocessboththeprocessofprovidingservicedtotouristsandalearningprocess.Itookfulladvantageofthisprogram,learningcross-culturalknowledge,andstrivedtopractice,andtoidentifymyinadequacies,tofindoutthedirectionforfuturedevelopment.Inthistouristdestination,wehadatolerantattitudetoacceptthelocalculture.Ascollegestudents,weavoidedaconflictwiththelocals,andtorespectthem.Besides,teacherletusdopreparedworktoadapttothetourguidejob,andwehadmasteredcertainskillstoadapttotheneedsofthejob.OuradvantagewastheuseofEnglish.

實訓(xùn)目的

通過導(dǎo)游實訓(xùn)，我們能夠?qū)⒗碚摵蛯嶋H結(jié)合，更好地加強對旅游管理專業(yè)知識的了解，達到學(xué)以致用的目的，同時培養(yǎng)我們實際導(dǎo)游講解能力和組織旅游團隊進行旅游活動能力，包括沿途講解和組織車上活動、實地景點講解能力等。

實訓(xùn)要求

導(dǎo)游，被稱為旅游業(yè)的靈魂、旅行社的窗口。導(dǎo)游是一項專業(yè)性很強的工作，具有很強的實踐性和操作性。因此，旅游人才必須有很強的服務(wù)意識和敬業(yè)精神及良好的職業(yè)道德和服務(wù)技能，才能符合現(xiàn)代旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求，同時把握好教學(xué)內(nèi)容的實效性。

模擬導(dǎo)游實訓(xùn)第一站：南山竹海

201*-6-7，常州暴雨滂沱，我們開始擔心專業(yè)實訓(xùn)課（戶外活動）行程能否順利繼續(xù)，再經(jīng)過同學(xué)一番討論后決定時間不變6月8號準時進行

201*-6-8，今天常州天氣預(yù)報終于準了一回小雨，我們起了個早，準備準備大部隊在2號食堂集合，上車啦！

這次將由倪導(dǎo)和金導(dǎo)共同帶領(lǐng)大家游覽景區(qū)，在車上倪導(dǎo)表現(xiàn)熱情大方，金導(dǎo)端莊美麗，氣氛異常的火熱，我的心情也變得明朗不似那霧蒙蒙的天氣，很期待這次實訓(xùn)！

南山竹海位于江蘇常州溧陽市，它給我的第一印象：生態(tài)環(huán)境宜人，山水相映成趣，風景如詩如畫，方圓幾十里沒有一絲污染。不知是不是細雨蒙蒙的緣故，兩山夾峙中的一泓清泉-靜湖，美得頻頻讓人駐足，果真印證了那句：“晴湖不如雨湖”。當你漫步于竹海中舉目遠眺，一望無邊的毛竹依山抱石、千姿百態(tài)、形聲雄渾、情趣別致；，腳踏靈壁石，仿佛聽見古人在訴說他們的故事。大家一行走過靜湖翠影、小鳥天堂、古官道、中國第一壽星等景點。這里值得稱贊的是很多大一的同學(xué)冒著雨爬上了吳越弟一峰，當然我也不例外，那種成就感難以名狀，1200米201*多層臺階是靠不懈的堅持才能夠到達的。

通過這第一站實訓(xùn)，我們同學(xué)給大一的學(xué)弟學(xué)妹做了一個很好的示范，讓大家了解了出團的大概流程。這次不僅是大一的同學(xué)學(xué)到了不少，我們大二的同學(xué)在講解上也得到了不少提升。

第二站：常州（紅梅、東坡公園）

第三站：蘇州（蘇州博物館、拙政園、周莊）

端午到，粽香飄。201*-6-13端午節(jié)的第二天，我們出發(fā)到蘇州。上午可以說是建筑藝術(shù)和造園藝術(shù)的藝術(shù)之旅，雖然大家都不是學(xué)藝術(shù)出身，但是配著各個景點的講解，大家表現(xiàn)出興趣盎然。下午即是我和雋導(dǎo)帶領(lǐng)大家游覽“江南第一水鄉(xiāng)”周莊。

周莊，始建于1086年的古鎮(zhèn)，春秋時期是堯城的一部分，稱作貞豐里。北宋時期，一位非常虔誠的佛教信徒周迪功舍田建寺，后人為紀念他遂將貞豐里改名為周莊。其中著名景點有：張廳、沈廳、雙橋、沈萬三故居等。對于這次講解我的心里是有點底的，我之前來過周莊（沒有跟團我是自由行），對景點多少是了解的。整個旅程下來，我還算輕松，雖然得到同行的李導(dǎo)的表揚，可我并不滿足現(xiàn)狀，在沈萬三的歷史故事上我學(xué)習(xí)的還不夠，講解不是很生動，與同學(xué)互動這塊不足。我會針對于我的不足繼續(xù)充電，爭取做一個合格的導(dǎo)游。

第四站：蘇州（天平山、林屋洞、雕花樓）

201*-6-14經(jīng)過一夜的休整，我們繼續(xù)實訓(xùn)計劃一大早進軍目的地。天平山位于蘇州古城西南，太湖之濱，有“吳中第一山”之美譽。它以“紅楓、奇石、清泉、”是范仲淹先祖歸葬之地。天平山的感覺與南山竹海截然不同，爬山的道路更加崎嶇，爬山的人更加艱難。整個山體像是純天然的，山道似走的人多了而成的路，讓人望而生畏。下午我們繼續(xù)參觀了林屋洞、雕花樓，整個也是溶洞形成加歷史建筑藝術(shù)的探究之旅。兩者相比較來說，更傾向于雕花樓，建筑之講究，構(gòu)造之精美，無不讓人感嘆！

為期四天的導(dǎo)游實訓(xùn)，我是把它當作真實的導(dǎo)游向?qū)АＳ刹殚嗁Y料、寫導(dǎo)游詞，與搭檔的演練與合作，我都全心全意的努力著。相信參加這次實訓(xùn)的同學(xué)也跟我一樣，做了各種準備，努力著想為大家?guī)�來好的講解服務(wù)。猶記得之前我們到了拙政園，當時園里的講解員為我們向?qū)�與講解拙政園里的各樣特色建筑與景點。直到現(xiàn)在我對他的講解都十分印象深刻，他對園里的熟悉程度，講解的語言技巧以及精心的行程安排都是我們要學(xué)習(xí)的，可謂獲益良多啊。

在以后的日子里，我應(yīng)該更努力的學(xué)習(xí)各種導(dǎo)游的專業(yè)知識，只有學(xué)習(xí)好了，有了充分的準備，這樣無論何時遇到機會我都可以把握住。專業(yè)是對導(dǎo)游人員的必要要求，只有專業(yè)了，工作才能得以保證，所以我會加倍努力，好好積累經(jīng)驗，為將來做好充分的準備。
