半年的實習時間轉瞬間即逝，在公司的工作，使我真正從校園踏上了社會，在總機的工作中，給我?guī)�來了快樂的回憶，也帶給我的人生經驗增長，在這短暫的時間里讓我學到了很多東西。讓我真正地認識到人與人之間的交流，體會到工作中應該去掌握更多的技能，學會了怎樣認真、獨立地去對待自己的工作，懂得了掌握時間的觀念，增長了社會活動能力和自學能力等等，在這次的實習中讓我受益匪淺！

總機工作的起步是我們的領班華姐，是她耐心地輔導我們去熟悉和去掌握自己工作面對的流程，她不僅教會了我們總機工作的流程，也教會我們熟悉關于酒店的一些知識，也是她教會了我們如何去看待這個復雜的社會，很感激她一開始到結束的耐心教導！

在總機的工作中，他們的嚴謹、認真的工作作風給我留下了很深刻的印象，使我從他們的身上學到了很多自己缺少的東西。

在過去的工作中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)要能自如地做好一項工作，就必須正視自己的工作態(tài)度，以一種樂觀的心態(tài)去面對著每一天的工作，無論工作是繁重、繁忙還是清閑，都要用積極的態(tài)度去完成自己的每一份工作，而不要用一種抱怨的心態(tài)面對�？偨Y自己在總機的工作職責：（1）、堅守崗位，忠于職守，樹立全心全意為賓客服務的思想，禮貌回答，平等待客，耐心細致，講究效率。（2）、按工作程序迅速、準確地轉接每一個來電，保證通迅工作暢通，對客人checkin和checkout時及時開關每一個電話權限，并做好各項記錄。（3）、對客人的詢問要熱情，禮貌，迅速地應答，為客人提供咨詢，轉接和叫醒等服務。（4）、熟悉酒店內部組織機構，熟悉本店內主要負責人和各部門經理的姓名，分機號和聲音。（5）、不能向外泄露酒店高級行政的人員和他們的私人電話，也要對住客的資料進行保密，做好總機的安全保密工作制度。（6）、愛護總機房內的設備，保證設備整潔，維護其正常工作。（7）、正確操作總機的各項功能和注意事項。（8）、自覺遵守酒店各項規(guī)章制度的員工守則，不得利用工作之便與客人們關系、交朋友。（9）、完成上級領導的其他工作安排。（10）、與同事做好交接班。

最后，我還是感謝幫助過我的同事們，感謝半年以來有你們的陪伴，謝謝有你們！這是在總機半年以來的總結，總機的生話讓我歷歷在目。在這充滿挑戰(zhàn)的道路中，更應用積極的心態(tài)和清晰創(chuàng)造性的思路去面對現(xiàn)實，因為我們都是勇于進取的人。希望積累到的經驗能在以后的道路上更好的發(fā)揮！
