太平哨完小紀(jì)念“三八”國際勞動婦女節(jié)活動總結(jié)

為紀(jì)念“三八”國際勞動婦女節(jié)，全面貫徹黨的婦女政策，營造濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛，豐富我校女教師的業(yè)余文化生活，激勵廣大女教師以飽滿的熱情和最佳的工作狀態(tài)在本職崗位上建功立業(yè)，根據(jù)陸良縣婦聯(lián)和大莫古鎮(zhèn)中心學(xué)校的工作部署，并結(jié)合我校實(shí)際，開展了本次慶�；顒樱�活動取得了較好的效果，現(xiàn)把活動情況總結(jié)如下：一、加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，積極營造濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛

十六屆三中全會決定指出：“堅持以人為本，樹立全面、協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會和人的全面發(fā)展。”加強(qiáng)婦女工作，充分發(fā)揮廣大女教師的積極性是全面貫徹黨的婦女政策，促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路。

學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對組織“三八”節(jié)活動高度重視。在“三八”節(jié)前夕，制定了本次活動計劃，從計劃、經(jīng)費(fèi)、活動安排等方面，都作了具體部署和安排，每一個細(xì)節(jié)都傾注著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對女教師無聲的關(guān)懷，體現(xiàn)了一個領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者所具有的風(fēng)范，既提高了大家對婦女工作重要性的認(rèn)識，又營造了濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛。

二、結(jié)合學(xué)校實(shí)際，開展慶�；顒�

1、大力宣傳婦女政策，營造節(jié)日氛圍

學(xué)校通過張貼標(biāo)語，板報等宣傳工具開展有重點(diǎn)、有深度、有聲勢的集中宣傳活動，形成一個有利于婦女進(jìn)步發(fā)展的輿論氛圍。大力宣傳馬克思主義婦女觀和男女平等的基本國策，宣傳婦女在和諧社會建設(shè)中的地位和作用等。2、開展唱歌活動

3月8日下午，學(xué)校組織了女教師在太平哨小學(xué)舉行唱歌活動，讓廣大女教師在活動中放松自己，愉悅身心。

3、開展感恩活動

通過學(xué)校的統(tǒng)一要求，各班以“媽媽，真好！”為主題開展活動，要求學(xué)生了解自己的媽媽，感受媽媽的“愛”，并為媽媽做一件事。

4、開展扶貧幫困活動

學(xué)校組織教師對學(xué)生進(jìn)行走訪調(diào)查，了解貧困學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)情況，為貧困學(xué)生建立檔案，有針對性地進(jìn)行長期、有效的幫扶活動。要求教師在貧困生的物質(zhì)要給予資助，在精神要給予鼓勵，培養(yǎng)他們自強(qiáng)、自立的精神。

三、活動的重要意義

總之，今年的“三八”紀(jì)念活動，我校過各項(xiàng)活動形式凝聚人心，振奮精神，使廣大女教師以高昂的姿態(tài)和頑強(qiáng)的精神投身于全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的偉大實(shí)踐中。
