201*年度個人工作總結

本人于201*年5月份調到酒店工程部工作，擔任工程部經(jīng)理一職，由于管理經(jīng)驗的不足和專業(yè)技能的欠缺，任職以來，工作中始終兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，不敢稍有懈怠，通過七個多月的工作實踐和深入學習，逐漸適應了新的工作崗位，也對自己的工作有了較為全面的認識。在酒店領導的關心支持下，在各部門經(jīng)理的配合協(xié)作下，在部門員工的共同努力下，著手開展設備設施的日常維修、緊急維修、計劃檢修、定期保養(yǎng)、加裝改造、節(jié)能降耗等工作。下面主要從201*年度完成的主要工作、分析存在的問題和下步的工作打算三個方面進行總結。

一、完成的主要工作

1.配合人力資源部編制工程部崗位及人員設置方案，工程部原定編8人，經(jīng)過調整增編到11人，目前在編10人。

2.積極配合人力資源部，參與籌劃、開展工程部技能競賽，并取得2個中級技能等級、1個初級技能等級的好成績，并從7月份起享受技能津貼。這既是對技能人才的肯定，提高其薪酬待遇，也對部門其他員工起到了很好的學習和促進作用。

3.配合辦公室制定各部門目標管理責任狀考核實施細則。4.201*年計劃維修費用為38萬元，全年實際投入29.33萬元，占計劃資金的77.18%。

5.201*年共完成加裝改造（建）項目42個，預算資金為50.萬元，實際已投入資金49.04萬元，占預算資金的98%。

6.201*年酒店總維修費用為15.58萬元，其中餐飲部（含客餐后廚）5.76萬元，占37%；客房部4.33萬元，占28%；康樂部0.86萬元，占6%；前廳部0.75萬元，占5%；其他部門及后勤部門3.5萬元，占22%。

7.201*年酒店維修單共計1633張，維修總項次8771項次。8.參與酒店201*年經(jīng)濟活動分析活動，對酒店1-9月能耗及維修維保情況進行分析。

9.擬定工程部201*年維修維保及能耗費用預算。

10.完成酒店領導到各經(jīng)營部門調研后形成的201*4～7號專題會議紀要提出的問題共26項。

11.201*年酒店全年總能耗費用為245.17萬元；201*年總能耗費用為235萬元；同比增加10.17萬元，增長比例為4.33%。

12.201*年酒店總能耗率為9.39%，201*年總能耗率為9.5%，同比降低0.11個百分點，完成年初制定能耗率降至9.4%的考核目標。

二、分析存在的問題

1.部門內部管理比較松散，沒有著力推行獎勤罰懶的激勵機制，不利于促進員工工作的積極性。部門內部協(xié)調不夠，造成有時處理維修任務不夠及時。

2.隨著酒店使用年限的增長，地毯、踢腳線、墻紙、乳膠漆、油漆等裝修裝飾逐漸陳舊老化，加之員工保護意識不夠，人為破壞情

況較為嚴重，201*年安排了墻紙、乳膠漆的計劃維修，地毯、油漆等計劃維修項目還未大面積實施。

3.酒店的重要設備如中央空調、鍋爐等設備于201*年度均進行了計劃維修、清洗保養(yǎng)，但工作計劃的前瞻性和平時的預防性檢修保養(yǎng)工作還有待加強。

4.在設備管理方面還存在較大不足，由于工程部一直以來未建立完整的設備臺帳資料，很多設備尤其是各部門使用和管理的設備存在“無設備臺帳、無管理責任人、無設備使用人”的三無現(xiàn)象，無形中造成了資源的浪費。

5.在節(jié)能降耗工作方面取得了一定的成績，這是工程部和酒店各部門特別是各經(jīng)營部門共同努力的結果，但酒店員工的節(jié)能意識仍有待進一步提高。

三、下步的工作打算

1.進一步加強部門內部管理、工作流程管理、資料管理，內強素質，外樹形象。

2.定期召開設備管理、成本核算和費用控制會議，研究、改進和完善對設施設備的科學管理方法。

3.掌握設備管理人員及維修人員的技術業(yè)務狀況，鼓勵部門員工提高和更新業(yè)務技能，開展全方位、多層次、多渠道的技術培訓工作。

4.加強后勤服務一線部門的意識，不斷提高維修工作質量和效

率，保障酒店經(jīng)營管理。

5.充分調動部門員工的積極性，定期進行職業(yè)道德、酒店意識教育，培養(yǎng)員工企業(yè)責任感和榮譽感。

6.在加強部門日常管理工作的同時，積極參與酒店管理人員競爭上崗活動，以實際行動響應酒店領導號召，去爭取更加適合自身發(fā)展優(yōu)勢和發(fā)展方向的工作崗位。
