工作改革:
退火班:針對元月七號,全車間工業(yè)用電跳閘的情況,對退火工、作業(yè)人員進行斷電應急預案與演練。針對忽然斷電的特殊情況,確保生產的安全穩(wěn)定。
開箱班:改進生產步驟,不影響開箱速度的同時,保證了現(xiàn)場的整潔規(guī)范,并保持全月現(xiàn)場文明衛(wèi)生的認真落實
工作漏點:
退火班:二號爐側壓緊頻繁出現(xiàn)故障,例行維護沒有落實到位。開箱班:行吊指揮手勢要規(guī)范,以保證與天車工的密切配合。
工作重點:
1.安全生產,平平安安回家過年
2.設備點檢,制定了把設備分組分配給各個班員,并制定了規(guī)范的維護操作規(guī)程。
3.面對節(jié)假日,心不能散,在最緊要關頭仍要保質保量的完成生產任務。
4.以學習的心態(tài)面對工作中面對的,重點難點,以確保學以致用。
