2月份工作總結(jié)

轉(zhuǎn)眼間一個月已過去，回顧過去的29天時間，在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷

下，緊緊圍繞著酒店提出的“賓客至上，服務(wù)第一”的宗旨而努力。我在工作中所負(fù)責(zé)的主要是酒店的相關(guān)文字以及招聘工作，雖然跟胡主管學(xué)了很多知識，但在操作起來總有疏忽之處，我所做的工作與金帝大酒店“主動，熱情，禮貌，周到”的一貫工作作風(fēng)相比還存在著一些問題與差距，以下幾點為自己對照差距反省所存在的問題：一、工作上不積極主動，缺乏一定主觀能動性�？傉J(rèn)為把屬于自己的事情完成任務(wù)了，不積極主動配合其它事務(wù)。導(dǎo)致有時看著人家在忙的團(tuán)團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)，而自己卻無所事事。

二、平時總是處于一種“要我做”而不是“我要做”的工作狀態(tài)，工作有拖拉現(xiàn)象，而且有時不夠細(xì)心，為此寫出的稿件以及收集的資料質(zhì)量都是不太高。

三、由于自己專業(yè)水平的局限，本月對金帝大酒店的招聘宣傳工作還有很多未做到位，沒有達(dá)到酒店既定的宣傳效果。

四、缺乏創(chuàng)新意識，導(dǎo)致寫出來的東西缺乏一定的創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容以及實質(zhì)性的內(nèi)容，總顯得太過平泛、太過空洞。

對以上幾點自身所存在的問題，已切實地影響到自己的本職工作，作為一名的酒店行政辦人員，我感到十分內(nèi)疚。但過去的都已成為過去，學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)找差距，總結(jié)不足求上進(jìn)，為此，我將認(rèn)真總結(jié)，實實在在分析原因，找出存在的問題，從中吸取經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)，并在以后的工作中不斷改進(jìn)，以下為下半年我決心做好的幾個方面：一、遵守規(guī)章制度，及時并保質(zhì)保量的完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項任務(wù)。二、充分發(fā)揮個人的專業(yè)特長，做一名合格的秘書。當(dāng)好酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的助手，充分發(fā)揮自己所學(xué)。

三、搞好酒店企業(yè)文化宣傳及員工培訓(xùn)工作，使金帝大酒店企業(yè)文化更深入基層、深入人心，更能體現(xiàn)出酒店的特色。

四、加強(qiáng)專業(yè)知識水平的提高，不斷拓展自己的知識面，爭取在實踐中不斷積累更多的經(jīng)驗，努力使自己成為一名多面手的人才。
