文件名稱文件編號檢驗程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制訂審核6.1.1檢驗申請時間名義上需提前3個工作日向宏夢公司QC部負責人或采購員提出申請,(周五下午不接受下星期一的檢驗工作申請);且需要郵件形式知會相關(guān)宏夢采購員完成進度.如特別情況可以放松到提前1個工作日向宏夢采購或品質(zhì)負責人提出申請(郵件形式申請).6.1.2工廠檢驗申請首先要確認是否有收到來自宏夢公司的SEALSAMPLE.(因為無SEALSAMPLE之下的檢驗結(jié)果通常是待定.6.2采購檢驗申請6.2.1采購如需要安排QC檢驗時,必須提前一天提出書面申請,(此過程可以電話檢驗員預約檢驗安排).以便追蹤到QC工作行程.6.2.2當采購商品臨時出現(xiàn)緊急出貨的情況下,且QC時間安排上許可時,采購可以電話直接約QC檢驗,但必須EMAIL告知品質(zhì)負責人.(事后照常補上)6.2.3采購員在上必須清楚的填寫相關(guān)的信息,如:工廠地址,工廠聯(lián)系人和電話等等.6.2.4采購員提出檢驗申請時,必須要提供相關(guān)的資料.如:訂單資料,箱麥資料,包裝詳細等等.7QC檢驗員工作細則QC必須每天要查看郵件,檢查是否有檢驗安排.當郵件有檢驗申請時,QC必須要提前電話向工廠確認產(chǎn)品完成進度和預約檢驗時出差檢驗前,QC必須要在宏夢OA系統(tǒng)提出出差檢驗申請.(詳細說明出差事項)到工廠時,應該禮貌的向工廠自我介紹和來廠目的.清點產(chǎn)品完成總數(shù)量和查看倉庫環(huán)境(如發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)境惡劣,可在報告?zhèn)渥�欄加以說明)7.5.1成品完成,單獨包裝完成有80%;入外箱有50%.---直接進入檢驗工作.7.5.2成品完成50%;單獨包裝有10%,無外箱裝,(所有包裝材料到工廠).可以有以下兩種方式進行檢驗工作.(但必須檢驗員必須要電話知會宏夢采購或品質(zhì)負責人)保涵檢驗---最終檢驗.中期檢驗---報告?zhèn)渥�欄注明間.文件名稱文件編號檢驗程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制訂審核7.5.3成品完成數(shù)量不足50%,且無任何包裝,也無包裝材料到工廠.---中期檢驗.按照AQL抽樣原則和總箱數(shù)開方加一的方法進行抽箱且蓋章加以標識.對外箱包裝材質(zhì),箱麥標識,包裝方法進行確認并拍照.抽出兩箱產(chǎn)品進行相關(guān)的模擬運輸測試.常用的測試有投箱測試.(參考檢查單獨包裝(參照SEALSAMPLE)且拍照檢查包裝的完好性.檢查包裝材料檢查包裝上的圖文,相關(guān)的警告標識語和條碼.檢查包裝方法,產(chǎn)品的包裝方法.檢查包裝內(nèi)產(chǎn)品/配件數(shù)量檢查產(chǎn)品(參照SEALSAMPLE)且拍照產(chǎn)品的安全性外觀和結(jié)構(gòu)評估產(chǎn)品的可靠性外觀,裝飾部分和結(jié)構(gòu).產(chǎn)品的功能檢查產(chǎn)品的標識檢查產(chǎn)品的安全性和可靠性測試.缺陷產(chǎn)品歸類和判定且拍照填寫檢驗報告報告確認7.13.1同工廠負責人講解報告且簽名確認(工廠簽名承認檢驗結(jié)果)7.13.2如果檢驗結(jié)果不合格,檢驗員需想工廠負責人了解問題原因和改善方案及其返工時間等.(有必要時,報告上備注欄可以注明)電話回宏夢公司采購員匯報檢驗結(jié)果,且回傳報告給公司.GD-WI-QADP-019模擬運輸測試)8驗貨細則驗貨與時間地點,產(chǎn)品價值和產(chǎn)品特性的關(guān)系來回行程時間超過9個小時的工廠檢驗如產(chǎn)品批量價值在RMB2萬元以內(nèi)的,可以選擇在本公司的倉庫進行檢驗.(但工廠必文件名稱文件編號檢驗程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制訂審核須要出示該產(chǎn)品的功能和安全性質(zhì)量保證書.---因為倉庫檢驗只能確認比較表面的外觀質(zhì)量問題).如檢驗時發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品外觀嚴重受損或功能性的影響.則該批貨直接判定為REJ.如產(chǎn)品批量價值在RMB2萬至RMB3萬元之間,包裝簡單,無特別功能且產(chǎn)品外觀和功所有產(chǎn)品功能和外觀復雜且容易受運輸過程影響的,必須要在大貨生產(chǎn)前QC/QA前8.2.1此種情況下,批量價值少于RMB5000的產(chǎn)品,且來回車程時間超過6個小時,可以選擇在倉庫檢驗.但工廠必須要保證產(chǎn)品運輸過程的外觀和功能的完好性(出示該產(chǎn)品的功能和安全性質(zhì)量保證書)如檢驗時發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品外觀嚴重受損或功能性的影響.則該批貨直接判定為REJ.8.2.2批量價值在萬元以上,檢驗工作必須在工廠進行.且當場出具檢驗報告.8.3倉庫檢驗,不適合做模擬運輸測試.8.4工廠檢驗時候根據(jù)產(chǎn)品特性,參考GD-WI-QAP-009來對產(chǎn)品進行檢測.8.5所有檢驗結(jié)果不合格的,工廠必須要針對檢驗報告反映的質(zhì)量問題進行改善和返工,且重新申請檢驗…重驗所花費差旅費用工廠承擔.9參考資料10記錄11驗貨流程圖能不受運輸過程影響,那么產(chǎn)品可以選擇在倉庫檢驗.往工廠進行質(zhì)量保證工作的檢測和評估,且跟進工廠的改善結(jié)果.參考宏夢公司內(nèi)部QADP系列質(zhì)量檢測指引參考宏夢公司內(nèi)部QACP系列質(zhì)量保證&控制方針文件檢驗工作預約(同工檢驗報告工廠確認簽名且傳回公司預約時間不符合行程確認符合行程安排文件名稱文件編號檢驗程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制訂審核

7.4Forvendor—LloydPascal‖,droptestiswaivedbyHB

對于中間商LloydPascal負責的產(chǎn)品，不需做落地測試。

7.5Attimeofinspection,ifthefactorycan‘tprovideappropriateequipmentforcertaintest(suchastheprovidebulbwattexceededthemaximumallowed),pls.contactofficefirst驗貨時，如果工廠不能提供合適的設備做某種測試（如工廠提供的燈泡功率超過產(chǎn)品使用時所允許的最大功率等），必須先與寫字樓聯(lián)系。

7.6Takingphotosformastercarton,innercarton,primarypackaging,packagingmethodinsideprimarypack,finishedproduct,shippingmark,barcodeandothersafety/warninglabelsanddefect,andprovideaphotolist.（對外包裝、內(nèi)包裝、基本包裝、基本包裝內(nèi)的包裝方法、成品、箱嘜、條碼、其它安全/警告標簽、缺陷,負載測試桌椅，吊床，落地測試失敗情況等拍照，并提供圖片清單）

7.7Requirementforpackaging:AllpackagingdiscrepanciesmustbemarkedonthePSIreports，

ShipmentsareonlytobeplacedonholdifaCRITICALsectiononthereportfailsinitsrequirements.（包裝要求:如果有任何包裝方面的差異，最嚴重也請ONHOLD報告，不需要REJECT）

從現(xiàn)在開始,ARGOS/HOMEBASE檢驗電器/電子產(chǎn)品時,報告中必須附上電器配件的核查表,見附件.填寫完后隨草稿報告一起傳回公司.

表格中屬于TYPE(A)的配件是可替換配件,但是,替換配件的各項電器指標必須和客戶資料中指定配件的電器指標一致,而且該替換配件必須有相關(guān)證書(CERTIFICATE),才可以接受,

TYPE(A)--如果替換配件能提供相關(guān)證書但電器指標不完全符合,就要研究過再作決定(CASEBYCASE)

表格中屬于TYPE(B)的配件必須和客戶資料一致,如果不符合,報告結(jié)果就要ONHOLD

表格的填寫方法:

驗貨中產(chǎn)品的所有電器配件(如PLUG/FUSE/POWERCORD/LAMPHOLDER...)都要列入表格中,在"SEQ"欄填寫序號,

在"INSPECTIONFINDING"欄填寫配件的電器指標,

如果實際配件和客戶資料一致,就在"OK2"欄化圈表示符合,
