舒客商務(wù)酒店工程部201*年度總結(jié)

201*年度、工程部在完成各項基礎(chǔ)工作日常工作的同時、協(xié)助其他兄弟部門完成了新增制作項目、設(shè)備維修等方面的工作，完成了總辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下達(dá)的工作；向酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報了有些管理方面的看法和思路，得到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的認(rèn)同和贊賞。總的來說，不足大于成績，責(zé)任與壓力同在，后續(xù)將繼續(xù)圍繞酒店大局和持續(xù)發(fā)展履行職責(zé)，努力做好各項工作。

本年主要完成工作大致如下

（1）完成了客房走廊地毯改造協(xié)助工程，（2）完成了三、四樓內(nèi)圈房通風(fēng)改造工程（3）完成了308房間改造工程（4）完成了走廊照明改造工程（5）完成了麻將房照明改造工程

（6）完成了區(qū)域WiFi無線上網(wǎng)信號覆蓋工程（7）完成了聯(lián)通手機(jī)信號覆蓋協(xié)助工程

（8）完成了移動手機(jī)信號前期協(xié)助工程（近期即將安裝覆蓋）

（9）完成了熱水泵、空調(diào)循環(huán)泵、鍋爐循環(huán)泵等設(shè)備的清洗及保養(yǎng)工程（10）完成了客房部分電腦升級和系統(tǒng)安裝維護(hù)工程（11）完成了工程部辦公室搬遷工程

（12）完成了客房花灑更新更換、排風(fēng)清洗、洗熱冷水標(biāo)識牌粘貼、衛(wèi)生間電話

分機(jī)拆除、空調(diào)清洗及部分房間吹風(fēng)機(jī)更換

（13）完成了三、四樓臟布草存放間的制作工程（14）完成了五樓洗浴10個單人床釘做工程（15）完成了清理五樓雜貨間1間房子工程

本年來針對工程上存在的問題可分為以下幾點：

1、培訓(xùn)態(tài)度方面，個別員工浮于敷衍應(yīng)付，筆記記錄不夠認(rèn)真（當(dāng)然從文化程度有高低之別除外）。2、部門運(yùn)作存在問題：

部門管理人員的預(yù)見性有待于提高。員工技能參差不齊橫向比較有高有低，縱向比較有優(yōu)有劣，處理應(yīng)變不靈活。3、設(shè)備管理存在問題：

酒店設(shè)備多且雜，預(yù)防性計劃由于人員編制不夠，檢修力度不夠投入不足。

總之酒店工程管理除了應(yīng)具備對各種設(shè)備設(shè)施、各工種技術(shù)上的了解和精通外，還需要具備和上下級溝通協(xié)調(diào)的能力，發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)隊精神、加強(qiáng)愛崗敬業(yè)和職業(yè)道德的教養(yǎng)，努力提高管理水平。把工程部建設(shè)成為酒店一個新的創(chuàng)利潤部門，為酒店創(chuàng)造更高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，是我們?yōu)橹�努力的奮斗的目標(biāo)。
