將英語置于仰臥位，你跪在英語身旁（或取合適姿勢），先用一手捏住英語的下巴，把下巴提起，另一只手捏住英語的鼻子，不使其漏氣。進行人工呼吸者，在進行前先深吸一口氣，然后將嘴貼緊英語的嘴，吹氣入口；同時觀察英語胸部是否高起；吹完氣后嘴即離開，讓英語把肺內(nèi)的氣“呼”出。最初吹的5－10口氣要快些，以后則不必過快，只要看到英語高起的胸部下落，表示肺內(nèi)的氣體已排出時，接著吹下一口氣，就可以了。如此往復(fù)不止地操作，直到英語恢復(fù)自動呼吸或真正確診死亡為止。每次吹氣用力不可過大，以免患者肺泡破裂；也不可過小，以免進氣不足，達不到救治目的。
