一、加強業(yè)務培訓,提高員工素質(zhì)
前廳部作為酒店的門面,每個員工都要直接的面對客人,員工的工作態(tài)度和服務質(zhì)量反映出一個酒店的服務水準和管理水平,因此對員工的培訓是我們的工作重點,今年來針對兩個個分部制定了詳細的培訓計劃:針對行李處的行李運送和寄存服務進行培訓;接待員的禮節(jié)禮貌和售房技巧培訓;為今年的團隊接待打下一定的基礎,只有通過培訓才能讓員工在業(yè)務知識和服務技能上有進一步的提高,才能更好的為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務。
二、給員工灌輸“開源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”意識,控制好成本“開源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”是每個企業(yè)不矢的追求,前廳部員工積極響應酒店的號召,開展節(jié)約、節(jié)支活動,控制好成本。為節(jié)約費用,
比如,每次退房客人的卡套我們都統(tǒng)一回收:過期報表的重復使用;督促住宿的員工節(jié)約用水電;控制好辦公用品,用好每一張紙、每一支筆。通過這些控制,為酒店創(chuàng)收做出前廳部應有的貢獻。三、加強員工的銷售意識和銷售技巧,提高入住率
前廳部根據(jù)市場情況,積極地推進散客房銷售,在前臺的售價以及員工激勵方面我部出臺了新的政策,接待員在了解酒店優(yōu)惠政策的同時根據(jù)市場行情和當日的入住情況靈活掌握房價,前臺的散客有了明顯的增加,入住率有所提高,強調(diào)接待員:“只要到前臺的客人,我們都要想盡辦法讓客人住下來”的宗旨,爭取更多的入住率。四、注重各部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)工作
酒店就像一個大家庭,部門與部門之間在工作中難免會發(fā)生磨擦,協(xié)調(diào)的好壞在工作中將受到極大的影響。前廳部是整個酒店的中樞部門,它同餐飲、銷售、客房等部門都有著緊密的工作關(guān)系,如出現(xiàn)問題,我們都能主動地和該部門進行協(xié)調(diào)解決,避免事情的惡化,因為大家的共同目的都是為了酒店,不解決和處理好將對酒店帶來一定的負面影響。
五、加強各類報表及報關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的管理
前臺按照公安局的規(guī)定對每個入住的客人進行入住登記,并輸入電腦,境外客人的資料通過酒店的報關(guān)系統(tǒng)及時的向出入境管理科進行報關(guān),認真執(zhí)行公安局下發(fā)的通知,對每位住客的貴重物品進行提
醒寄存。前廳部所有的報表和數(shù)據(jù)指定專人負責,對報表進行分類存檔并每月統(tǒng)計上報。酒店所存在的不足:1、酒店千里馬系統(tǒng)的局限性
酒店所采用的千里馬系統(tǒng)由于模塊的限制,導致許多記帳,掛賬都通過手工完成,餐廳與前臺之間的帳不可相互間穿透到彼此的賬戶去用電腦結(jié)賬,這些通過手工操作結(jié)賬有許多的漏洞,比如會導致漏收,錯收甚至于客人預存款我們都只能通過手工記賬,假如客人到前臺來消費還須去財務部去查詢客人有多少錢,這些都會影響酒店員工的工作效率,也影響客人對南國會國際會議中心的印象。這關(guān)鍵酒店酒店的操作系統(tǒng)是否完善,系統(tǒng)是否有專業(yè)人士定期維護。2、薪酬制度過于固定
前廳員工流動頻繁,很大程度上影響了服務質(zhì)量,一個新員工從入職后,要經(jīng)過三個月的試用,才能完全熟練掌握本崗位的各項工作,但是有些員工在剛熟練本職工作的后,便由于薪酬提出離職,造成了人員的流失。個人覺得酒店的薪酬體制不能激勵員工的積極性,員工每個月都是拿的固定工資,以前臺為例,假如銷售部完成本月銷售額將有相應的獎金,但是前臺同樣做了大量的接待工作,也經(jīng)常加班,但是卻沒有獎金,接待員久而久之會有做多做少一個樣,做不做都是一個樣的感覺,從而影響酒店的營收。鑒于其他酒店經(jīng)驗,前廳部的
收入也需要和營業(yè)指標掛鉤,從而激勵員工提高開房率。另外也需要完善人事薪酬制度,酒店的工資應該是呈階梯狀分布,員工試用期多少錢,工作半年表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀升一級工資又多少錢,工作一年后又多少錢,酒店要讓員工看到希望,充滿激情去工作,從而為酒店創(chuàng)造更多的營業(yè)收入。

1、關(guān)注顧客需求,積極真實的向上級領(lǐng)導反映顧客的需求,為總經(jīng)理調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略思路提供依據(jù);
2、繼續(xù)加強培訓,提高員工的綜合素質(zhì),提高服務質(zhì)量;3、確實關(guān)心員工,穩(wěn)定員工隊伍,減少員工的流動性;4、注重員工的服務細節(jié),服務從細處著手,對客提供滿意周到的服務;
5、完善各崗位工作流程及工作標準,推行優(yōu)質(zhì)服務活動達到質(zhì)量標準化、規(guī)范化、精細化服務;
201*年的工作雖然取得了一定的成績,但我們不會驕傲、松懈、怠慢,下一年的工作將更艱巨,我們會發(fā)揚成績,并以更加飽滿的熱情投入到工作中,努力完成全年度各項工作任務。我們有信心在各級領(lǐng)導的正確領(lǐng)導下,在全體員工的共同努力下,南國會國際會議中心的明天將更加輝煌。
