這次的翻譯實(shí)習(xí)對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)是次絕佳的挑戰(zhàn)。首先，與之前做的翻譯作業(yè)相比，這次翻譯任務(wù)相當(dāng)艱巨，讓我第一次全身心的嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真對(duì)待翻譯。其次，這次翻譯讓我了解到跨文化交際這個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域,在翻譯的過(guò)程也增進(jìn)了對(duì)這個(gè)新領(lǐng)域的了解;再次,這次的翻譯實(shí)習(xí)給了我一次把課堂所學(xué)的翻譯理論應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐中的機(jī)會(huì)，在不但的比較，推敲，衡量，找到最佳字詞句的過(guò)程中，我也慢慢領(lǐng)悟到翻譯的真諦。最后，這次翻譯實(shí)習(xí)也上次難得的經(jīng)歷，進(jìn)一步鍛煉我的翻譯水平，今后的筆譯和口譯的深造鋪磚添瓦。

這次翻譯實(shí)習(xí)讓我對(duì)如何做好翻譯，如何提高翻譯水平有了更加深刻的理解和感悟。首先，必須真正理解所要翻譯的材料；其次，用“忠實(shí)而通順”地傳達(dá)原作內(nèi)容。最后，審校譯文。由于初次接觸到醫(yī)療環(huán)境中跨文化交際的話題，初讀原文時(shí)一頭霧水，不知所措，也無(wú)從下筆。而無(wú)法理解原文的內(nèi)容自然也就無(wú)法表達(dá)。于是我在網(wǎng)上查看了中文英文的背景資料后，再重新閱讀原文。第一遍，掌握文章大意，對(duì)一些疑難詞句作上記號(hào)；第二遍細(xì)讀原文，逐詞逐句逐段地自習(xí)研究，解決疑難問(wèn)題；第三編通讀原文，將全文精神“融匯于心”。因此，要理解原文，不僅要準(zhǔn)確透徹地理解所譯的文本，而且還在文本之外下功夫，既要掌握文本的背景知識(shí)，以及與文本有關(guān)的各種專門知識(shí)。第二步是表達(dá)，翻譯的一般標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是“信雅達(dá)”，但針對(duì)此次文章的文體，可能把“忠實(shí)而通順”作為翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更加合適。為了完成“忠實(shí)而通順”地轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)原作內(nèi)容，就要正確處理忠實(shí)與通順的關(guān)系。忠實(shí)與通順，本事一個(gè)矛盾同意體的兩個(gè)方面，在表達(dá)的過(guò)程必須“統(tǒng)籌兼顧”，一方面要準(zhǔn)確，精當(dāng)?shù)剞D(zhuǎn)達(dá)原文的意義，另一方面又要是譯文通達(dá)曉暢，符合規(guī)范，不可顧此失彼，或者重此輕彼。最后，在對(duì)譯文做審校，第一遍，對(duì)照原文，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些漏譯，誤譯的地方。第二遍，脫離原文，檢查出一些生硬拗口的地方，還有些標(biāo)點(diǎn)，斷句方面的錯(cuò)誤。

通過(guò)這次翻譯實(shí)習(xí)也讓我認(rèn)識(shí)到想要成為一名合格的譯者，第一，中文水平要高，要打下扎實(shí)的漢語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)，特別是要下工夫提高自己的漢語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力；第二，外文水平要高，特別是要具有很強(qiáng)的閱讀理解和鑒賞能力；第三，知識(shí)面要廣；第四。要熟悉并掌握基本的翻譯技巧。在今后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中，我會(huì)更加嚴(yán)格要求自己，在這四個(gè)方面多下工夫，爭(zhēng)取做一名合格的譯者。
